This high quality 3 bed offers lovely accommodation with sunny terraces and fantastic views. All this and a gorgeous pool (solar heated) and on-site restaurant and bar.

Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development of luxury units of the highest quality. Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area.
Amarilla Golf Villas offers private, individual and luxury accommodation combined with hotel style facilities such as an on-site manager, laundry service and it's own restaurant / bar serving food all day. Here you can relax and enjoy good food and fine wine whilst taking in the wonderful views. There is also a gorgeous solar heated pool and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.

Each unit has been furnished to a very high standard and offers the ultimate in comfort. This particular unit has a large sunny terrace where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views.
There are 3 bedrooms. 1 has a kingsize bed, ensuite and air conditioning. The second and third bedrooms are twin rooms. These bedrooms share a family bathroom.

The living room has two very comfortable sofas. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The kitchen is modern and fresh.
There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower.
There are no washing machines but there is a laundry service onsite.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.

The air conditioning is available in the master bedroom during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

Wir waren neun Tage als Familie ĂŒber Weihnachten in der Wohnung. Sie erstreckte sich ĂŒber zwei Etagen. Die untere Etage mit Badezimmer KĂŒche und Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzĂŒgig ausgelegt. In der oberen Etage befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und ebenfalls zwei weitere Badezimmer. Zwei Schlafzimmer, die mit den jeweils zwei Einzelbetten sind relativ klein, aber völlig ausreichend zum schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist sehr großzĂŒgig geschnitten und hat auch eine sehr große Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf den Golfplatz und den Hafen. FĂŒr uns waren die Betten sehr bequem und die Matratzen nicht durchgelegen. Bei der Ankunft konnten wir den SchlĂŒssel bei dem angeschlossenen Restaurant abholen. Alles lief völlig problemlos. Ebenso auf die SchlĂŒsselrĂŒckgabe bei der Abreise. Direkt gegenĂŒber findet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, der allerdings relativ teuer ist. Wenn man ein Auto hat, ist es empfehlenswert, einen grĂ¶ĂŸeren Supermarkt ein paar Autominuten weiter aufzusuchen. Aber fĂŒr eine Kleinigkeit ist es in Ordnung. Da es nachts doch nicht so warm war, konnten wir glĂŒcklicherweise die Klimaanlage als Heizung benutzen. Das war echt toll!Da die Unterkunft relativ nah am Flughafen ist, fragen sich sicher einige, ob es laut ist. Eigentlich nicht
 Wir haben es kaum wahrgenommen. Sehr hervorzuheben ist auch die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter/Besitzer? Jon. Er hat uns immer sehr schnell geantwortet, wenn wir im Vorfeld Fragen hatten. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr.

Not what we expected

In need of redecoration. We were unaware of the apartment above us, and the subsequent noise. Very basically equipped. The swimming pool too cold to use. The bar/restaurant on site & the very close supermarket were very useful.

Fantastic Stay

We had a great time a Villa 1, the villa was lovely, a high standard and had everything we needed. The 19th Hole was a great addition where we enjoyed lovely food and drinks. The villa is 10 mins to a range of bars and restaurants which was ideal for us. We would highly recommend staying here.

Nice apartment in need of some finishes/TLC

Overall this is a nice apartment with a bar/restaurant on site (can be a little noisy if you want complete peace & quiet). Master is a v good size & the bed was comfortable with en-suite Jacuzzi bath. Other two bedrooms are a little on the small side (with 2 single beds crammed in). Downstairs lounge and TV were OK (there is a set-top box which gets a lot of UK Channels inc Sky, BT Sport). However my main issues were the following: 1. There is NO AIR CON installed in the property. The ad says that there is from May-Sept. We met the owner one day and he said they had plans to install but I know that this will involve a lot of dusty, noisy work (in peak season?) so I suspect it is unlikely to happen. If you want to consider booking, e-mail them first to get 100% confirmation because you will need this post-April in Tenerife. 2. Pool - The ad (again) was misleading indicating 2 pools (one communal) and that both were heated. This was sadly not the case (I have since seen the ad only shows the communal). I tried to swim in the pool on the first day & it was freezing. When we met the owner, he assured me that the heating would be put on but the next day I saw the Maintenance Man and he said to me it was too expensive to put on during the off-season!! Anyway suffice to say that the pool is totally unusable until I suspect mid-May. 3. Cockroaches - We had 2 cockroaches (one inside the property by the front door and one in the master en-suite) during the week. I am not particularly phobic to cockroaches but some people will be very put off by this. All I can say is this is the first time I have stayed in an apartment in Tenerife (we have been going for the best part of 15 years) and have seen ANY pests. The one in the en-suite was obviously dying and must have eaten poison/been sprayed but the other was quite active. This leads me on to the last negative point. 4. General Finishes and Disrepair - From the ad photos everything looks wonderful but there are a number of poor/incomplete finishes in the apartment that struck me as strange (concrete pillars and ceilings on balcony unpainted, skirting boards unfinished, doors sticking) when you are marketing a property (at the top end price-wise). Also there is a basement area which is quite messy & probably the home for pests. I know the owners will be saying that the properties are new & they "are working hard" to improve but I have to be honest and true to what I saw/experienced so if you book you're aware.

The apartment was fabulous but for us the best thing is the location with amazing views of the golf

We had a very relaxing and peaceful holiday and as a bonus the best weather we've had in 10 years of visits to this area. There are no instructions in the apartment and although most things are pretty self explanatory we were defeated by the TV which was in Chinese on arrival! We mentioned this to the guys in the bar & the lovely maintenance man came up on a Sunday to show us how to work the controls. Any other queries were dealt with by email or the guys in the bar so we could just kick back and chill. Hoping to be back next year.

Excellent location and perfect villa

My wife and I both loved our holiday in unit 1. The villa was spacious, Morden and very well equipped. The only downside was that it had no AC. Night time and sleeping was tolerable but only just. The temperature during the day was minimum of 30 degrees during our 2 week stay. But please do not let this put you off as the swimming pool was ice cold, so plenty plunges keep the body temperature down. On arrival Marcos was very pleasant and immediately showed us to the villa and showed us round and told us if we needed anything just to ask. Outdoor space was plentiful with the lower balconys at front and rear, master bedroom balcony and a second bedroom balcony, all of which caught the sun at various times of the day. I would recommend this accommodation to families or golfers. The few times we had breakfast at the bar/ restaurant, it was plentiful and very good. Cleaning and towel/ bed changes happened each week. All in all this is a lovely peaceful area to holiday, the short walk to golf del sur has a few nice bars and restaurants, all within a 5 to 10 minute stroll.

Met by Marcos the owner who showed us round the apartment which was spacious ,well equipped, modern and very clean. The views were amazing and the location was excellent. Their is an on site bar and restaurant serving good food with very friendly staff. Would definetly be back.
