Charming independent restored barn with private pool situated in Tuscany, in Pisa area, a short distance away from the small town of Corazzano (1,5 km away).
This property has been recently renovated and turned into a welcoming country house offering a well-groomed garden with private panoramic pool.
The property location is ideal to visit some of the most important attractions in Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, the Chianti region as well as he Tuscan coastline.
Available to guests: large garden with private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – depth 1.25 m), air-conditioning, free WI-FI internet connection, furnished outdoor area with barbecue, tables and chairs. Parking on the premises.

Our stay at Fienile di Giovanna was excellent. The setting is beautiful, even better than the photographs showed. The villa was lovely with excellent accommodations, modern kitchen, spacious living room, great swimming pool, nearby shopping, great restaurants - I could go on and on. I can think of no better way to enjoy this beautiful area in Tuscany

Our stay at Fienile di Giovanna was excellent. The setting is beautiful, even better than the photographs showed. The villa was lovely with excellent accommodations, modern kitchen, spacious living room, great swimming pool, nearby shopping, great restaurants - I could go on and on. I can think of no better way to enjoy this beautiful area in Tuscany

Nice villa but....

Nice clean property, some basics missing ie in the kitchen etc. Main issue was the owner and his sons. spend two hours each day from 7.30 am watering the garden and cleaning the pool during which time you cannot use the pool. This stopped us having early morning swims.

The house near the tiny village of Corazzano is a perfect base to explore Tuscany : Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, San Miniato, or even the seaside - non of them more than an hour to drive. The villa itself is not large, but with its more than generous premises around is a tranquil place for a family or a group of friends. You have a large pool, which is meticulously cleaned every day. In the back of the villa is your own barbecue place - we also had our breakfast there, in the shade. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (oven, microwave, fridge & freezer). Our host Maria and her family welcome you with a cake and help you with recommandations for restaurants, beaches, butcher.... They were spot on and made our holiday truly unforgettable !

Maria Giovanna's house is incredible. Everything is perfect, the location (very peacefull place), the view (tuscany paradise), the fully commodities equipment (more than necessary) the hearthy welcome of Maria Giovanna and his family ! You feel like you're in the middle of everything in this part of Tuscany. Maria Giovanna was a great host, very helpful and with great attention to detail. She have thought of everything for our comfort, even an all plan with activities, good restaurants, even child friendly place in the neighborhoud and beyond! His recommendations were great, and definitely enhanced our stay. Everything was better than advertised and exceeded our expectations. Just go. You will love it.
