Located 4.5 miles North of San Pedro town, in the peaceful residential area of Mata Grande, Indigo Beach Homes is an exclusive collection of 15 premier condos, boasting at least 1,800 sq. ft. of indoor living area and over 375 sq. ft. of furnished outdoor deck space. Beach Home 1C is beautifully designed with 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, open concept living room, dining room and furnished with modern kitchen, that is equipped with stainless steel appliances, fitted with granite counter tops and local exotic hardwood cabinets. The kitchen is complete with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, glassware, dinnerware, cutlery and cookware. A true home away from home!

Designed to bring in the "Aire fresco" to your vacation home, open your glass doors, to the spacious wrap around deck, furnished with handmade Belizean hardwood. All homes have stunning ocean views and pool view from their private veranda, there is no bad view on this property. The indoor and outdoor space is perfect to gather in large or small groups enjoying the view, reading a book, playing a game or just relaxing with the cool Caribbean Sea Breeze.

From floor to ceiling, prepare to be "wowed" by the unique designs of exotic hardwood, stylish interior décor and the comfort of a beach home with a touch of luxury. During your vacation, our team can assist you in booking your tours/activities. Most marine tours depart right from the dock, and tours are arranged as private charters for just your travel party.

Felt like a true vacation

We had a wonderful experience with Indigo. They were very responsive and helped set up multiple excursions for us where the boat came to the dock. The location is secluded but yet everything on the island is accessible. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart. Condo was very with a perfect view and very relaxing. Would definitely rent again.

Best place to relax and enjoy Belize

This is a great place to stay and relax. The staff are super friendly and helpful with everything. Beautiful views of the ocean from the property and close to a few places to eat. The staff helped set up some excursions, both on the island and back on the mainland. We were given great recommendations for things to do and the staff was quick to respond to any requests we had. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, great service

Our family had a wonderful stay at indigo. The condo was very nice, views were amazing. We had everything we needed in the condo. The beach is steps away! The staff was very helpful. Will be back!

lovely view

It was remote and beautiful. The staff was lovely and very helpful. You rent a golf cart to get everywhere. There is a small grocery within walking distance. And a great restaurant called Rojo 5 minutes away. The best part of the trip was the snorkeling adventure. He picked us right up at the dock. It was very windy which was loud at night, but if you turn on the air conditioner it is white noise which blocks it out.

Perfect!

Indigo has provided a perfect vacation! The condo is clean and has everything we needed for a week long stay. Jorge and the rest of the staff have been so wonderfully helpful in helping to arrange excursions, golf carts and food. The property is lovely and is very well maintained. It’s also just the right size for a relaxing vacation. You can’t go wrong with a stay at Indigo!

Great place to hang and snorkel off the Dock

Staff and amenities were perfect as described in the reviews. Awesome snorkeling spot 50 yards off the dock. Angel fish, lobster, conch, snapper etc so close you could swim there (bring dive flag). Pool was very clean to hang out by. Shoreline was very walkable for a couple miles in both directions. You could also go out in kayaks to bariar reef, but the reef out front dock was better. Morning coffee with a view of warer and sunrises made 5:30 am so nice. Store nearby was great since we needed to make ceviche after we caught conch.

This property is truly amazing. Its spacious and definitely the best unit for ocean views.

This property is a few miles away from the city of San Pedro making it a must to use a golf cart for transportation. Walter(cab driver) I would say was partly why our trip was so amazing. He knew everything. Jessica was nice and accommodating an only a cell phone call away. The breezes and temperature at night allowed me to sleep with the patio doors open...so refreshing. Definitely will be returning to this quiet serene location.
