Well appointed Villa Jade offers a spacious sanctuary in a private setting a few miles from the bustling town of San Pedro. This spacious villa is perfect for families or couples traveling together. The interior of the villa is filled with Central American antique armoires, Mexican tiles, Guatemalan fabrics and Belizean artwork surrounding you with the unique treasures of this region.

The villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests - there are 3 spacious suites, each with a King bed and private bathroom; 2 have screened-in exterior porches. Sleep with the sea breezes washing over you and let the sun and morning air gently awaken you. Ease into the morning with coffee on the expansive deck overlooking the tropical grounds and emerald waters of the Caribbean. Wi Fi is available throughout the villa and cable TV is available in the living room. Each room has a fan and air conditioner for your comfort.

Spend a lazy day at the pool just steps away from the villa or enjoy a private sunbath or sunset view on one of the two upper decks. Several top restaurants are minutes away by foot or golf cart or let us arrange a private local chef to prepare dinner in your fully equipped kitchen. Our concierge would also be delighted to organize massages or yoga classes in the villa or on the dock, or, with our partners, an amazing Belizean adventure such as scuba diving, snorkeling or touring Mayan ruins.

Kayaks are also available so that you can explore the worlds' second largest coral reef just minutes from our shoreline. San Pedro Town is easily accessed by golf cart, cab or private water taxi.

The staff here is helpful and attentive. However, this property is suited for a specific type of traveler. If you are interested in a stay in an area with limited options, this may be of consideration. This is at the north end of the island where the streets are not yet constructed and there are only a small number of eating options. Most of the activity is at the south end.The property does have a pool and some bigger villas. Be sure to inquire about your specific villa as ours was a bit dated inside and had a very open concept including the restrooms (no doors or walls in some cases separating the room).Again the property does have some nice features including a small beach-not swimmable but can fish.

Over the moon!!!

First off- Michaela and her staff are THE most amazing people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting, let alone work with. Every detail you could think of was taken care of , sometimes even before you could think of it! Jade house was fabulous- we couldn't have chosen any better. From breakfasts in, swinging on the dock, kayaking, the pool, massages with Juanita on the deck- can't be beat. Michaela does it all- scheduling massages (Juanita), air and land transportation, excursions, golf carts, picking up something from town for you-WOW. We are so grateful for the way the beautiful Belizean people treated and accepted us. Will definitely be back :)
