Secluded South Side Retreat with Sunrise Views over the Barrier Reef

Bella Mar is an oceanfront home with a 3 bedroom 4 bath upper apartment and 2 1 bedroom 1 bath lower casitas. The property includes a large private pool and plenty of outdoor living area, including a large pool side palapa. Located 3 1/2 mile south of San Pedro Belize, 15-20 minutes by golf cart from downtown.

This oceanfront home is located in a quiet neighborhood south of town. This comfortable home has 3 upstairs bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large living room area, and full kitchen. The best way to experience the sunrise ocean views is from the large second floor veranda, designed for sunbathing and a shaded area for cooling off in the ocean breeze. The lower rooms are 1 bedroom cabanas with full baths. One cabana has a king bed and the other 2 twin beds. Each room provides guests with privacy from the main house. The property was completely renovated and updated last year. Relax by the pool, sunbathe, or enjoy the amazing views from the large patio areas. Arrange for snorkeling, fishing, or mainland tours through us. Our tour guides will pick you up at the villa for a variety of ocean and jungle tours.

Floreo Belize offers full concierge services from tours to a private chef for that special dinner.

Floreo is a professional booking agency and works with local property care teams to clean and service the property. Our guest concierge agents are available 7 days a week to assist with questions and coordinate any issues with the local support.

After booking, guests will receive a link to the Stay Floreo guest portal that will give them all the information for checking into the property. We also require an e-sign document be signed and a link will be sent after booking.

Please note: The road from town is a typical Belize road, which at times can be bumpy, especially if there has been recent rain.

Amazing Property!

We had an amazing stay at Bella Mar. It was everything we expected and more! We stayed with our 4 adult children and 2 significant others and there was tons of room. The separate casitas were so nice for privacy for our kids with boy/girlfriends. We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoyed looking out at the turquoise sea! We highly recommend this home and would stay again!

Bella Mar villa was as seen in the pictures and description. We loved the villa, spacious and room for our group of 10 to not only be together but have some space to call our own. It was clean and had all the amenities. Concierge service very timely and accommodating! Definitely need golf cart to explore San Pedro. Would stay again without a doubt!

Family Vacation in Paradise!

We had an amazing time at Bella Mar. We stayed from June 22-29, 2024. From booking to numerous questions I had before the trip, someone from the management team responded quickly to answer my questions. The house was very nice. Kitchen and dining area is huge, and kitchen is very well equipped. We did have a few issues the first couple of days. I did not deduct from my rating because a problem with hot water, a door not locking and an air conditioner that went out were all repaired the next day. The house is on the south end of the island and is very peaceful. The views were amazing. My group consisted of my wife and I, our children and spouses, and 3 grandchildren ages 9, 13 and 15. Everyone had a great time!

Our family of ten stayed at Floreo’s Bella Mar Villa in Belize over Christmas. We arrived on Christmas Eve and stayed through the 30th. First, the good points. The house was very large and extremely well equipped with plenty of spaces for our group of four young adults and six adults. The pool was very nice and the views were spectacular. The dock was handy and enabled pick up by the dive boat. There were several really good restaurants nearby on our end of the island, especially The Black Orchid and Some Place South. Next, the bad points. We arrived right after a thunderstorm so the pool was strewn with leaves and fronds and the pool area had storm debris. As no pool cleaning service came until mid week, we had to clean up the pool and the surrounding area. The exterior of the house is in poor shape with rusting stair railings and no slip strips coming off the stairs. It looks neglected. The beach area is not as nice as indicated in the photo. It is small and the sand sparse. The worst aspect of this house is that it is south of downtown. To get to the house you must travel over a horribly potholed road in a golf cart for about 1.5 miles. It took about 20 minutes to get to downtown which only 3.5 miles away. The first two miles are decent. The rest is awful. Not good if you have back issues.The concierge was responsive to a problem we had with flooding in the lower bedroom, probably from a faulty air conditioner.
