Great people and great property. It is very central and in walkable distance to any place you’d like to go on the island. The property owners are very kind and hospitable. One I wish I knew before I went is the amount of mosquitos around and inside the property. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent.

Very quiet area. Close enough to the main hub of activity to walk, but far enough away to avoid high traffic. Very close to the ocean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 5 nights for a dive trip. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They've just opened and are still working things out, but this is like every business. I would come back and stay there. I cannot stress how much the owners will go out of their way to help you be comfortable and find solutions or recommendations to what you want to do there. We kept extending each night as we had a different itinerary in mind before we came but ended up staying because we had a great time! I had great conversations with Mohammad(one of the owners there), and really appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit that he has. They rent golf carts there as well, when ours broke down, the owners came right away to replace and help us without any hesitation. The food at the restaurant is also really good and Raul is such a fun waiter. He always checked in on us and even took care of my medication for me during our trip. There was a gorgeous kitten that absolutely stole my heart there. They're away from the hustle and bustle of downtown San Pedro, but everyone rents a golf cart so it's just a few minutes drive. I would come back and recommend to everyone!

Tropical Belize
Hotel is close to restaurantd and bars. Pool is beautiful and staff is very nice. Raul the bartender was very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Hotel is fairly new. Good AC wifi was ok in my room, but better downstairs. Gave me a warm welcome, with a drink! Walking distance to most things.

The property is understaffed! The also need security because random people are allowed on the property. Raul was the best tho!! He was the bartender, waiter & pool boy. He was over worked but he was such a great positive person who made our experience a little better
