The property is beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised at my VIP upgrade as well. My room was beautiful and the service was fantastic. The food and drinks were also very good as well. We did the snorkeling excursion through the property too and that was awesome ! My only complaint is that the hot tub didn’t seem to work. But that is so minor. I really enjoyed my stay here .

Victoria House Resort is my top choice in San Pedro. It's a stunning colonial-style hotel with a beautiful clean beach, amazing rooms , outstanding staff, and great amenities. I'm definitely planning to return. The only area that needs improvement is the food quality in the restaurants. A five-star property should have top-notch restaurants with high-quality food. Other than that, everything is perfect
