Location is perfect. Hosts are on-site (living upstairs) and attended to some small issues. Communication before arriving could have been better. This accommodation could easily rate 4 to 5 stars with just a little more attention to detail. No drinking water was provided (usually there are purified water containers provided by most hosts in Mexico).Kitchen supplies for basic food prep. No cooking supplies were available on arrival. (For instance, we left salt, pepper, coffee filters, cooking oil, etc that we did not fully use - where does that go?)...All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

Great stay in Puerto

Boris’ apartment was perfect. Two large and very soft king size beds (tons of pillows too!) and a great living room with a tv with Netflix, Disney, Prime and local Tv channels. The ACs worked very well and cooled the whole apartment. The bathrooms were very nice with large walk in showers. Kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making a delicious breakfast. The back patio was very spacious it definitely was an added bones as we were able to use this area to dry our bathing suits and beach towels. The pool was beautiful and they had a very nice outdoor shower with great water pressure to wash all the sand and salt from spending the day at the beach. The location was very ideal. We had a car so it was very close to Playa Carrizalillo, Playa Corral, and Playa Angelito. You could easily walk to Playa Corral and Carrizalillo and all the restaurants near by. Boris was easy to communicate with and very respectful. I would highly recommend his place and look forward to staying with him again on our next trip to Puerto!

Great location not great communication

We loved the location, super walkable to all restaurants. Walk to Carizalillo beach was easiest, but also to Puerto Angelito & Manzanillo beaches. The house pool was fantastic after a day at the beach.However, the host, Boris, never replied to any of my messages sent via the Vrbo app. I asked if it was possible to check in early, never got a reply. We also messaged that the toilet in the master bath did not flush, never got a reply.Oh wells.

Winter Getaway

Best location in Puerto Escondido, quite and yet still so close to all the night life and great beaches in the area, we felt at home the entire time. We have been to this area many times and this was my favourite place I have stayed, we will look to book here next time we visit, great hosts and communication!

Quiet and cool apartment

The apartment was just perfect for a couple and our friend. The bedrooms were large and each had their own air conditioning units (which was amazing considering the heat and humidity in late July). The little kitchenette was helpful. The location was great! We were on a super quiet street in walking distance to the main street with restaurants, bars, and shopping. And it was a short walk to the Carrizalillo beach!

This is a building with a couple of rental units. Ours was a 2bd/2bath with A/C in each bathroom. We knew too late that the water is filtered so you can drink from tap. The pool is small-ish and not one you stay all day at. Its only to cool you down after a hot day. There is access to a common laundry closet with 2 stackable units. But you'll share them with the cleaning staff. Upon arrival (at 4pm) all machines were left with bed linen from other units. One dryer doesn't work. Don't expect to do 1 week of laundry there. But beside this, the accommodation was clean, modern, strong wifi, nice kitchen area, good hot water.

A break from reality

Our stay in Puerto was completely different from our everyday reality. We didn't know how much we needed it!! We walked everywhere, spent hours at the beach each day and returned home to a private and very comfortable apartment which was perfect for our needs. We would do it again in a heart beat! There are many restaurants very near and the Rinconada is a block away with many more options- Italian, breakfast, vegan, Authentic Mexican
. Wonderful location! The unit is beautiful and the beds very comfortable.
