Perfect farm stay close to town

I highly recommend staying here. Very quiet & beautiful views all around. Olive groves & Vinyard right outside our door. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine from Rossano that he made. Very nice to have coffee & breakfast at our apartment. We loved visiting the nearby hill towns as well. 5 nights was a taste of Tuscan lifestyle. I believe I could live in the much slower pace of life here.

Bien situé très confortable et disponibilité de Rossano.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement situé non loin du centre de San Quirico: impeccable, coquet et ne manquant d'aucun équipement. De plus, le propriétaire est très serviable et disponible dès que nous avons une question. Cette location correspond bien à la description. Nous la recommandons.

Alles bestens! Sehr ruhige Unterkunft in Mitten von Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Super Ausgangspunkt zum Besuch vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza oder Siena. Auch das Dorf San Quirico d'Orcia, welches in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist, hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Schöne, idyllisch gelegene Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern.

Schöne in der Natur, aber dennoch zu San Quirico d´Orcia zentrumsnah gelegene Wohnung mit wundervoll angelegten und gepflegten Garten und Terrasse. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich bei Bedarf schnell und problemlos um alle Belange. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal ausgestattet . Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nice holiday home in a beautiful setting. Very nice people not far from the village of San Quirico d'Orcia. Next to a vineyard. We regularly got vegetables from their own garden. Many nice villages in the neighbourhood. Nice area for walking.

Super relaxed stay in the apartment.

Rossano and his family have done a wonderful job creating the apartments they rent. Everything was more than adequate and they are only to willing to help if something is requested. The free wine and eggs was a lovely gesture. Rossano"s mother despite not speaking english was very gracious and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights there. So handy to what Val d"Orcia has to offer. Thankyou!!

A charming time in the Tuscan Countryside

It was so nice to awake with the church bells ringing softly in the distance. Rosanna was a charming host who made us feel very comfortable. The apartment was well outfitted and a perfect size for the two of us. The shower was a good size and water flow good and hot enough. When a fuse blew as a result of two washing machines and hair dryers going in our apartment and the one upstairs, Rossano resolved the issue quickly. (Btw, never heard the family who stayed upstairs so sound is not an issue.) We chose this place on a recommendation of a friend who had stayed here previously and we too would recommend the place. Despite being off the beaten path, Rossano has done a good job with signage, making it easy to find. He communicated with us very well in advance and even helped us with labels etc when we met he and his family at the local grocery store. We even met his "Mama", who had a lovely, welcoming manner (despite not being able to speak English).

Pasamos una gran semana con Rossano y familia, todos son encantadores y nos atendieron perfectamente. La casa no tiene grandes lujos pero si todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, esta limpia y no le falta de nada. Esta muy bien situada en una de las zonas mas bonitas de la Toscana con todos los lugares mas importantes a una escapada en coche. En las fechas que hemos estado tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir trabajo una mañana vendimiando, y después tomar un buen almuerzo toda la cuadrilla junta, nosotros, los huéspedes del otro apartamento y toda la familia de Rossano, lo pasamos realmente bien. En fin totalmente recomendable. Gracias Rossano.

Beautiful Tuscany

We stayed in the lower apartment which was very clean and well equipped. Rossano and his family were very friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay we were provided with home grown vegetables, fresh eggs and home made tarts, which were very tasty! We were invited to join in a family celebration and enjoyed Tuscan food and hospitality at its best! We sat some evenings on our patio overlooking the vines and enjoying Rossano's excellent red wine from 2015. San Quirico is a charming, pretty town. The whole of the Orcia Valley is outstandingly beautiful. We really enjoyed our holiday here and made many friends. We would highly recommend a holiday here.

Very good Accomodation and experience

Very good accomodation. Lovely design and fully equiped. Rosano and Dad were great hosts. We enjoyed BBQ dinner outdoor, and some walks around the farm. We thank Rosano for the welcome pack including a bottle of wine from their cellar. Perfect for enjoying Vall d ' Orcia villages. Car Essential . We will come back.

Wunderschöne Gegend und liebevolle Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen wunderbar erholt . Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben sehr viele schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen.

Perfect Place to Experience Tusancy

We stayed in the lower apartment. This is a fantastic apartment with all the charm you would expect in Tusancy. The apartment is very roomy and beautifully decorated. I would recommend you have a car as there is no public transportation. It is only an hour drive to most of the cities in Tusancy you would want to visit. The owner was very helpful. If you want a real treat find out when he is harvesting the grapes. We happen to be staying the day of the harvest and got to help pick grapes and enjoy and fantastic lunch in the afternoon. Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Mi esposo y yo estuvimos en el apartamento de Rossano gran parte de nuestra luna de miel!!! Fue una experiencia innolvidable. El lugar se encuentra en medio de un viñedo, la casa tiene todas las comodidades para una estancia placentera. Cada rincón está decorado con mucho detalle y en fin el lugar es muy romantico. Rossano y su familia, increibles personas. La mama un día nos sorprendió con pan acabado de hornear. Esperamos volver algún día y le damos las gracias a Rossano por toda su ayuda y amble atención, Muy recomendado

Estamos encantados de nuestra estancia en el apartamento #820739. La familia muy acogedora y natural, sin falsas actitudes excesivas. San Quirico está a 800m. de la casa, aproximadamente 10 minutos a pie. Tiene cerca Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, Vignoni, Ripa d'Orcia...etc En la casa tuvimos la sensación de estar en nuestra propia casa: El baño limpio y amplio, el dormitorio, la cocina-comedor, todo bien. En este viaje a Italia hemos estado en cinco apartamentos distintos y, de lejos, éste ha sido el mejor. Lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda.

My dream farm hour in Tuscany

Fantastic experience! Since my first contacts with Rossano Bindi by email and whatsapp to the reception and stay. Actually, I was in love with the place when I saw pictures of the accommodation, the bedroom decorated in pink romantic style and the location near Siena. Rossano and his family were extremely kind and attentive to us. Due to unforeseen schedule, we reached the place after 22:00 hours, without lunch or dinner, because the day was pure rush. Hungry and tired, we were greeted with a homemade cake prepared by the mother of Rossano, a bottle of wine and basic items to prepare a good pasta ao pomodoro, which saved our evening! Surely we will return to La Antico podere la Martinella, and indicate to all our friends. The accomodations are excelente, very comfortable, nice in al details and with lot of space to relax and enjoy. Next time we will stay for at least a week, since the three nights we spent there, were not enough to feel and enjoy all good experiences that Tuscany has to offer!
