I woke up on the morning of my departure with numerous insect bites all over my body, consistent with bed bug exposure in the room. I experienced severe itching, swelling, and physical discomfort as a result. I had to leave immediately for my flight and could not notify the front desk in person, but this is a serious sanitation and guest safety issue. I have photographic evidence of the bites. This stay caused physical harm and distress and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or safety.

Alejandro was amazing! Super friendly and helpful! We were having problems finding the hotel and our Spanish isn't very good and he was able to communicate with us in English and direct us to the hotel. The room was super cute and clean, and a decent breakfast! I would book here again!

This hotel has a disco bar behind it playing extremely loud music until 3:00 am. While the management offered to move us to a different room, we did not believe this was a suitable solution. We reserved 3-nights, and could not get out of there fast enough after the first night. The property would not reimburse for the 2 nights we did not stay, even after Expedia advocated for us. I do not recommend this hotel and the word luxury is very misleading.

The location ia convenient, but the property is aged and somehow wasted. The room does not have fridge. We arrived early and the personnel told us the room was not ready at that time (which ia reasonable). However, we arrived three hours later at the check-in time and the room still was not ready.

I stayed at this hotel on my last day on the country and honestly was the best experience. Restaurant was around the corner and everything was close. The place clean and if you looking for a place with a bar closer to you then this hotel would be the best option.
