It is very well connected for car access and only 350 meters from the bus and train station of Donostia-San Sebastian.
Very bright and located on the third floor of the building, which is accessed by an elevator. The living-dining room has large windows with access to the exterior balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and brand new. It has 3 bedrooms, all of them exterior, two of them with double bed and desk, and a spacious master bedroom with a Queen-size bed. The distribution is completed by a modern and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a second completely new toilet.
