This place is an amazing find!! All rooms face the ocean, which you can hear all night. The rooms are freshly remodeled and sparkling clean. Plantation shuttered let in the light as wanted. Nice sized refrigerator, too. For <$100, you get an ocean view ( a few luxury homes between you and the sea, but still plenty of view), located in acres of grassy/ flowered meadows, tons of birds, a walk through these meadows to beach access. Every sunset, dozens of folks gather at the beach to watch. A delight! PS nice breakfast at BigSur across Route 1- best coffee there too.

Room was clean in a nice quiet area was able to see the ocean from the windows short walk to the Cliff. We only spent the night as we were heading up to Monterey but a good value for your dollar.

The parking was easy. It was just a few miles to Cambria where we shopped and enjoyed dinning. Another plus about the Sea Breeze the walking distance to the beach, but for me I just enjoyed listening to the waves danced against the rocks at night. The sound was truly God's beauty to the ears.
