Recently refreshed with new flooring, updated furnishings, and other improvements (2026), this home retains its charm while providing a comfortable and inviting setting for your coastal getaway. As one of Cambria’s original oceanfront homes, it offers a unique sense of character and history that you simply won’t find elsewhere.

This spacious, single-level home features two bedrooms and three bathrooms and sits on the farthest-extending bluff in Cambria, offering unobstructed views stretching up and down the coastline.
Step outside onto the expansive deck, pour yourself a glass of wine, and watch for whales, dolphins, seabirds, and other marine life as they pass along the coast. The ocean views continue inside, with both the living and dining areas overlooking the Pacific. Magnificent views from this vintage property with the deepest shag carpets I’ve ever met. This house had great energy and was clearly well loved by its owners. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious garage to keep the car. Management was responsive even over the holiday (a storm knocked down a branch onto the power line into the house!). We’d love to come back.

Listing was very accurate for description of property. Although older and not updated it was well maintained and clean. Excellent ocean views, better than others we have had in Cambria previously. Viewing of dolphins, sea lions and sea otters the best! Wish the property could accommodate more than 4 people, but will definitely recommend.

Titus Point gem

The location is without a doubt the best on the central coast in our opinion. The house was perfectly set up for us. The ocean view was beyond perfect. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to enjoy this amazing location.

It is a Gift

The location is so special. Our girls group of 3 childhood friends made the most of the stellar views, making our meals at home. Walkable and peaceful. I can’t wait to return.

Breathtaking views, well appointed linens and beds, hot hot water. Yes it's dated, yes it's musty but the neighborhood, the history, the architecture, the big old soft couch facing the ocean for morning coffee...we hope to come back every Father's Day as long as it's available.

The house is vintage but really adds to the charm. Highly recommend.

Wish the fireplace worked. We got the patio chair cushions the day we checked out.

The view is spectacular!

The home is very comfortable. Listening to the ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. Every morning we enjoyed watching the pelicans, cormorants, otters or seals flying/swimming by. The kitchen is well equipped though we preferred trying the local restaurants since we were on vacation. Hope to come back!

Breathtaking views, one-of-a-kind house

The pictures don't do this property any justice. The views are absolutely insane, like you're on the water. The house shows some age but you can see the architectural touches. Beach access is only a 10 minute walk away. We would absolute stay here again.
