This house had a nice layout with plenty of space and beautiful pool and back patio. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We visit San Tan Valley often and will put this property on our list for return trips.

I booked this home for my coworkers as they are working at a new construction build in the area. They absolutely love the home it’s comfortable and spacious it’s so nice to have a BBQ on site to cook and the pool is so relaxing after a long day. Can’t recommend this place enough. Denise is very communicative and helpful with any questions might have had. 10/10 absolutely book this home you won’t regret it.

The Perfect Pool!

We booked this VRBO for a week of relaxation to reset from busy day life. The house was fantastic but the pool was exceptional. We paid to have the pool heated, which we have done at many VRBOs. This has been the only pool where you could feel the heat. We were able to jump in the pool early in the morning before the sunshine was beaming off the water and at night after sunset! Would recommend this host and house to anyone.

Definitely a Poolside Paradise

We come here every year, and the title says it all Poolside Paradise. We spend 95% of our time outside enjoying the pool and getting in the most relaxation we can while there. The home is bright and spacious. We had 7 adults there and not once did we ever feel like we were in each other's ways. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the game room recently got a bed added to it which was so nice to have another closed off space for people to sleep. Speaking of games there are plenty to choose from we love playing Farkle and Sequence nightly on the patio. All in all, we cannot wait to come back next year! As always Thank you Denise for providing a wonderful home for others to enjoy.

Everything was perfect with this home. The location was great for our stay. We spent a lot of time sitting on the patio enjoying the pool and the view. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Had a great stay!!

Memories Made

This property was amazing! My husband and I, his parents, and my son and his girlfriend stayed here along with our dogs. The home is beautifully laid out, very clean, and super cozy! The kitchen was very organized and included everything you needed to prepare meals for a good group of people. The pool is absolutely gorgeous. We paid a little extra to have the heat put on which made it more perfect. This home was a great home base for us to be able to go to several baseball and football games in the surrounding area to watch our grandchildren. They were able to come to the house for a couple meals and spend quality time with us in the pool where we spent most of our time. Denise, the owner was so great to work with. She was very fast at responding to all my messages. Definitely a super host! Great memories were made with four generations here and we'd love to stay at this home away from home again!

Lovely Home

We were in town for a funeral and had to take our dogs with us, so we were looking for a place that allowed pets. This was a lovely home, close to everywhere we needed to be. The home's owner was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

Denise is the best! Constant communication and checking in to make sure the stay was great! The house is wonderful, pool is paradise. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Arizona! And pet friendly so always a plus!

Objective review

It’s a lovely property with a very nice setting. Denise was very responsive when I had questions. The downside was the home was not completely cleaned. Master BR and bath was fine. The other bath was untouched. And we had to pull pillowcases out of stuffed dryer to finish making a bed. Then fold the rest. Tv is huge but unable to watch much of what I wanted as no mainstream programming included. No ESPN tnt tbs etc. only one station to watch ncaa tournament. Pool area is beautiful and the pool is heated as long as you pay an extra 50 a day to heat it. It a really lovely home. They just to step it up if they want the big bucks.

Most amazing stay!!

We live in Arizona and had an unfortunate circumstance with a remodel that left us needing to relocate for an extended period. We chose a VRBO because of our family size (including pets). Denise responsed almost immediately and went out of her way to accommodate us. The property is beautiful and I can't say enough wonderful things about Denise. She was incredible with helping us out and going above and beyond to meet our needs. She was available 24/7 and always on top of any requests or questions. The property is stunning and well stocked for any of your needs. I will recommend her over and over to any family and friends traveling to Arizona, and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful pool home in a quiet neighborhood for short or longer term. We absolutely loved our stay there!

Arizona Getaway

This is a beautiful well equipped home. The pool and patio area back up to a golf course where we observed road runners and quail daily! The pool is a decent size and there is an abundance of comfortable outdoor furniture. The beds are comfy and the bedding is high quality. Denise is exceptionally responsive to questions and concerns. Be aware that San Tan Valley is in the far southeast valley, but the home is actually very close to grocery stores, and near Queen Creek which has many restaurants. It was quiet at night. The extra that we paid to heat the pool was well worth it as the nights were in the 40's when we were there. There is no cable or satellite TV, but the internet is great and we streamed our favorites on the large smart TV. I would make a suggestion to equip the master bedroom with a TV, and some hooks to hang clothing. (although the laundry room has plenty of space to hang our clothing) Thanks Denise for answering all of our questions and sharing your beautiful home.

Arizona Bliss!

We felt very fortunate staying at this home. It was spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated. It had all the right touches and items to use during our stay. Our stay in San Tan Valley was perfect - pool is incredible ( salt water and water falls a plus! ) , house has everything that you need , clean , very up to date and professionally decorated . Neighbors were very kind and amenities at Johnson Ranch were excellent - from evening pickleball , to day time golfing at the pitch and put it was awesome ! We rode bikes , took long walks and enjoyed the incredible sunset’s 
. Highly recommend to anyone who need to escape the rain or snow and need some TLC - dessert paradise !
