Ottimo appartamento 😊

L’appartamento si presenta in ottime condizioni, dotato veramente di tutto, la spiaggia dista circa 10 minuti a piedi, abbiamo avuto anche il posto macchina all’interno del residence, la zona è tranquilla e la notte si riposa molto bene. Valeria, la proprietaria, è stata molto gentile e amichevole.

L’appartamento è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal corso principale. A pochi minuti anche da bar, ristoranti, rosticcerie etc. Posizione OTTIMA. Trattasi di un monolocale soppalcato di recente costruzione, dotato anche di posto auto (a San Vito è una grande comodità). Consiglio vivamente la struttura, la proprietaria è gentilissima evdisponibile. Unica nota dolente sono le 22 scale a rampa unica per raggiungere l’appartamento, con due bambine piccolissime non è stato molto comodo.

L'appartamento rispecchia perfettamente quanto indicato nella descrizione. La zona molto tranquilla , in posizione ottima sia per il centro sia per la spiaggia. Lo consiglio vivamente.
