Stone Cottage 900m from the Beach

We welcome you to our residence in an independent Provençal stone cottage under the pine trees, fully equipped, located between Sanary and Bandol, just 900 m from the beach and Bandol bay (pedestrian path, 15 minutes).



Completely separate from the main Provençal house occupied by the owners (2,100 m² property), the rental offers a shaded 500 m² garden under the pines, with a partial sea view, overlooking Bendor Island and Bandol port.



Built in traditional Provençal style, the cottage shares a wall with the neighboring house but has no direct view into it.



No loud or party stays allowed.



The rental includes:

- Garden of about 500 m² under the pines (stairs present): garden tables, sun loungers, electric grill (open flames not allowed).

- 1st floor: 45 m² one-bedroom apartment, air conditioning, small terrace with sea glimpse. Sleeps four (one bedroom with wardrobe, 160 cm double bed; comfortable 140 cm sofa bed in living room), equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, washing machine).

- Independent 2nd floor (access from outside): 20 m² bedroom, air conditioning, sleeps two (140 cm bed), kitchenette, shower room with toilet and sink.

- Sandy beach 900 m via pedestrian path.

- Sanary 5 min by car. Bandol 2 min by car or 25 min on foot along the seafront path.

- Free shuttles 300 m away on Wednesdays in season.



Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee.
