Is located in Schweitzer Mountainside, a premier Ski in/Ski Out neighborhood you just have to visit for yourself. The Modern Mountain design of this newly-built home captures stunning views of Lake Pend Oreille and the mountains beyond.

The spacious open floor plan includes a true gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and ample space, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living room areas. You and your guests can enjoy chatting with the chef and hanging out in the same space, all while enjoying great views and staying cozy with a comforting gas fireplace.

Feeling chilled after a day on the slopes? We have you covered with a private hot tub for warming your chilled feet after a day on the slopes.

Up to eight people can be accommodated in the two bedrooms and one additional sleeping area. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second has two sets of twin bunks. The additional sleeping area has another set of twin bunk beds.

Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combinations ensure showers are available for all. There's also a handy powder room on the main floor. Plush linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Even though the snow may be falling, you shouldn't have any problem navigating in the area. Both the roads in the neighborhood and the driveway to the house are heated!

Just minutes from Selkirk Chalet, you'll find skiing and snowboarding at Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort. In fact, from the end of the driveway, you can ski right to the resort! Whether you're hitting the slopes or enjoying snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or snowmobiling, the snowy season offers a variety of wonderful ways to enjoy the great outdoors.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.

Family Ski Stay

House seems to be newly finished. When we arrived the bathroom mirror in the primary had fallen of the wall and was shattered everywhere. Unfortunately, had to start our vacation by cleaning this up and worrying about us or our 3 year old stepping on glass. Generous to say this is a three bedroom, third bedroom is a wobbly bunkbed in the closet of the 2nd bedroom. Nice finishes in bathroom and kitchen. Ski-in/ski-out if you take lift to top of mountain. 5-10 minute on the road walk into the village. Could us a bench or area to set and put on ski gear. Nice view from living room and primary bedroom. Could use more furniture- alarm clocks provided but on the floor as no nightstands- no chairs on balcony to enjoy the view. I think its a temporary rental so maybe explains some of these issues.

95% there !

We ended up getting this Rental last minute for the prez holiday weekend and it's really New! Great location! lots of space! really well set up kitchen and utensils etc.. loved the massive heated garage and allowed us to dry and keep all our gear, clothes, skis, boots etc on the first level. Awesome views. the only reason I gave this 4 stars , some teething pains with the kitchen electrical with an outlet that would not work. the snow overhanging the hot tub was truly concerning from a safety point of view. Please Please Please put in a king bed in the master we would rent this again if you did. the bunks in the second bedroom closet were not what we expected. desperately needs some coat hooks and basics at the front door and options for drying and hanging in the garage. a few tweaks and for us this would be a true 5 star experience !
