**Note: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the Seasons Resort amenities: private beach, heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, retreat center, yoga room. A $30 per day resort fee is required with each stay (waived if staying 1 month or more). Marina slips are available for reservation and somewhat limited.

Property has great views. Was really nice to have a special dinner. There were candles, placemats, cloth napkins and some spices for our dinner in the pantry.
Kelli and her team were so helpful in getting us prepared for our stay and available for any questions once we were there ( ranging from where is the best pizza place to property questions). The property location was perfect with being able to walk to town, walk/bike the trails, enjoy the lake or pool or a small drive up to Schweitzer. . Our condo was a nice size for the four of us and had all the amenities we would want. Iâd highly recommend staying at this property.
We had a great time at Seasons. We actually had to switch units from this booking because of a scheduling conflict. But overall, the resort is very nice and has a wonderful view of the water. Just to let you know, it is on the other side of the train tracts that run through the town and they are VERY active. Luckily, the trains weren't too loud because you are not facing them. However, you could sometimes feel them shake the building.
Our second year renting a condo at Seasons. Only one minor issue we believe a typo on instructions sent us to the third floor for no apparent reason. Also find it awkward at checkout leaving all keys and garage opener inside condo since garage opener is in fact needed to exit. Other than that you can beat the location and view.
Unit is nicely kept and linens, beds, etc.. are all in good shape. Location is good to beach and downtown. Few things to note: Trains will keep you up at night, there are a lot of trains and this property is adjacent to tracks. Master needs a king bed, not a queen. Back bedrooms area adjacent to hallways and need blackout blinds. The "step up" platform in living room is awkward.
