Beautiful lakefront stone cottage located on a large sandy beach formally known as Char-Nel-Shores! The home has 5 bedrooms, three full baths with firs floor half bath and large private sun room .There are 2 master bedrooms one on first floor with en-suites. Enjoy plenty of beach walking and swimming.

Entertain with three patios, fire pit, and relax every evening watching wonderful sunsets from the double swing, the full size carousel horse , three tables or the abundant beach chairs. From the yard and beach you can see several islands,many species of birds such as eagles, blue herons, white egrets, duck families,sand pipers. and diving terns. From the back yard you can walk almost a mile east and west in knee deep water with a sandy bottom. .

Great stay. House was as stated and perfect for our family of 6. The beach and water were perfect for the kids to enjoy especially midday when it was shaded. It is very centrally located making it easy to get to various places like the African Wildlife Safari, Liberty Aviation Museum, Lighthouses, fishing spots, and good food. Thanks for a great first stay in the area.

Love this cottage. Best beach access. A couple things were broken (one shower, one microwave) but not unexpected in a high traffic rental. Lovely wildlife, and the water is SHALLOW for a long way out. We found the beds to be comfy and there was excellent AC (which was much needed for breaks). Conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Would happily stay again.

Beautiful location. The young ones (and young at heart) enjoyed the beach and shallow water off the property. The inside of the house was clean and very nice! Perfect for our family dinners and game nights after fishing on the lake and spending a day at Cedar Point. Great accommodations!!

Great View

Location, Location, Location! Having your own personal beach was fantastic. If you like comfy chairs I would recommend bringing your own. The grill was in rough shape so if you plan on grilling out, I'd bring a portable one unless they get a new one. The place could use a little TLC but overall it was nice and you can't beat the view.

This house was wonderful. Each bedroom was very nice. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of dishes , pots n pans. The sandy beach was very nice. The location was great. Will definitely recommend. The host was available for any questions.

The property is really nice.The location is great. We had one of our group fall coming down the stairs from the upstairs bedrooms.This also happened to one of our group last year at the same spot on the stairway. The steps are very awkward where they turn at the bottom.Just wanted to let you know.Maybe the steps could just come straight down instead of turning at the bottom.Also the back yard area was not very well kept like it was last year.The grill was blown over by the wind.
