The hotel is right on the main street. So you can walk right to/from the bar at night so you don't have to worry about driving to get back to hotel room. Big room. Nice and clean. Only problem was the front of the hotel had a lot of signs. Was a little hard to tell we where in the right place at first. I really liked that the hotel and golf cart rental was at the same location. Saved us money that way.

Let's start by saying that I will never use this property again. I chose to overlook the previous negative reviews and booked based on location. There is zero parking for cars and good luck finding a spot or getting any help from the front desk. The individuals at the front desk were not all that helpful and made me feel that I was putting them out by asking questions about where things were. I never found the bar or the pool because they aren't even on the same property! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a good place to stay.

Hello, we very clearly state on our website that there is no parking and guest are not permitted to bring a car. This is also stated in the confirmation email that you received. You were given a map with all of the island attractions, bars & restaurants on it. I am not sure what more they could have done for you.

The room itself had lots of space, and it was in the best part of the island! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. One of the issues were that the pool isn’t on the property - it’s at the Blue Marlin, which was totally fine - just misleading! The other issue was cleanliness. There was nothing too disgusting anywhere, other than dead bugs and lots of dust. You’d think with them having an outbreak a few days before we got there it would’ve been deep cleaned — that being said, we also know the risks of traveling. So again, it was a comfortable, quiet room. All in all we would definitely book again!

THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

We payed 250 for a DIRTY room. It was filthy!!! Bugs everywhere but it gets WORSE. We opened up the pull out couch and the bed was made perfectly but there was blood ALL over the sheets! It was only 8:30 we went to the front to get help and they were closed. The next morning they said they could do nothing but "comp us a golf cart". The two ladies at the front are a JOKE. They don't care about there customers. PLEASE don't waste your time and money in this disgusting place. They were horrible I would never recommend to anybody.

Thank you but these are clearly not photos of our hotel, secondly those are not even the color of our sheets. Lastly our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. After reviewing the notes in the file, you were the people who kept trying to sneak people into the room who were not registered. Please do not come back to ANY of our hotels.
