It's a great place to visit the islands in the north. We always felt comfortable there. The staff was helpful. Even though there was a shortage of staff. The people there did everything they could to help us.

We rented a 2-queen suite. Room could use some updating including the pull-out sofa and a larger tv. Beds were comfortable. Warm breakfast that pretty good. Convenient to the islands and a few attractions.

I wanted to share some of our feedback of your recent stay at your hotel . Overall, our experience was positive , the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the food and amenities . However, I was very disappointed in our room when we arrived. The room was not cleaned bugs and everywhere , hair in the shower and candy in the beds and on the floor.it made the space feel uncomfortable and not up to your usual standards.

the only reason I didn't cancel my reservation upon entering my room is I know it is a pain in the ass to be reimbursed from Expedia for a pre-booked room. the whole place smelled musty and thankfully it was only me and only a room to sleep in. I would never let my family stay at this place, it's really a rundown dump under a fresh coat of paint.

Beautiful location, great gym, loved the soap/lotion Room smelled wet as soon as you walked in. The phone would not stop flashing red. Breakfast was lackluster.

Shower self - destroyed itself when it was turned it on & various areas of this hotel are needing repair, maintenance, replacement, cleaning- But the staff was nice. It just needs updated.
