You'll head up to the open living space & experience a special place relax & make your own. Only 2 blocks from the beach, surrounded by nature with a park out the front & open farm to the back. Sit on the deck with a drink in hand, you will not be disappointed with time well spent.

A perfect spot for a romantic getaway, a beach escape for a family or maybe a chance to enjoy a slice of paradise with friends.

Location ~

Beautiful 2 story property located within 5 minutes walking distance of the idyllic and peaceful Sandy Point Beach. The local store, tennis courts, mini golf and Surf Club are a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive away, and there is ample parking (beach is 50 metres from there).

The area boasts great fishing, either straight off the beach in the surf or at nearby Shallow Inlet, where boats can also be launched. The inlet has picturesque sand dunes, and is a great playground for kids, whilst also being one of the top windsurfing spots in the whole of Australia.

Wilsons Promontory National Park, the southern most point of the Australian Mainland is a 35-40km drive from the house, and makes for a fantastic daytrip.

Fish Creek and Foster are the nearest towns, each about 20 minutes away. Fish Creek boasts several art galleries, and is home to works by Celia Rosser.

The Property ~

'Bringabeeralong' is a very well maintained, modern property, with a large open plan upstairs area, leading out onto a balcony with uninterrupted views of the surrounding farmland.

Downstairs are 4 bedrooms (two with a Queen bed, one with a queen bed and bunk beds, and one with bunk beds), bathroom, very modern shower room, and a laundry room with automatic washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs is a very sociable area which is great for entertaining. It has a large open plan area complete with modern kitchen, dining table, pool table, sofas, sound system and 55 inch LCD TV with DVD player.

Upstairs opens up onto large decked balcony area with sun loungers, outdoor dining table and chairs, barbeque, and bird feeder which attracts an array of wild birds. Balcony overlooks garden and has an uninterrupted view of farmland, making it a very peaceful setting for dinner and evening drinks. There are also stairs from the balcony down into the garden, which has a large area of lawn.

The neighbours both sides are extremely friendly and welcoming people.

You can access all of our home and enjoy our part of Paradise. The key will be left for you prior to arriving and we will pass on the information regarding this at least 24 hrs prior to your arrival.

This is entirely your space to enjoy and make your experience your own. We are always accessible by message, Phone call. We’ll be on hand to ensure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible whilst passing on any local knowledge that helps.

Great place to go whilst in sandy point is Shallow Inlet only 5 minutes in the car, drive in on the sand and back your car up the embankment. Bird life is plentiful with lots of pelicans, large Pacific gulls, some brilliant views of the prom, BBQ, toilets, it's a special place to enjoy.

Main beach in Sandy Point is a spectacular beach a short walk from the house. It’s a very safe beach for kids though often does get a decent swell.

Walking seems to be the best way around at Sandy Point. Bikes are another amazing way too, the roads are flat and And there are plenty of trails to follow.

It truly is a place to see it all, we’re opposite a natural park & BBQ area and many koalas are often in the trees across the road.

For any last minute needs and even petrol are available in Sandy Point though for a bigger shop prior to your arrival in the beach town it is best to do so at a major supermarket on the way to keep yourself within budget.

Keep a watch for the weather forecast though rest assured that despite whatever weather you come across the house is perfect for either a summer get away or to cosy up in front of the fire in the winter.
