Hotel may probably be ok, but attention to details was severely lacking. Bed was made perfectly, but half cup of coffee and empty plate left on bedside table. Half bottle of water, half a candy bar, and boxes of pop tarts left on coffee bar. People above had dogs running and playing catch , I complained noise stopped, until they put dog in crate, then the tail wagging against the crate until 11:30. If you allow large dogs, put them on the ground floor. Hire a cleaning supervisor to check behind lazy maids.

I based all my answers on the staff, check in, and the room. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so there is construction dust in the unfinished areas, which included the lobby. But, the staff was excellent. She even came to my room to help me figure out the remote. The room is clean and crisp. Great experience so far.
