Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 406. Come stay at our "Happy Place". This gorgeous updated and newly painted third floor unit with beautiful kitchen and comfortable furniture has all the comforts of home while you are at the beach! Spacious 2bed/2bath non-smoking unit features a large screened lanai overlooking a tropical pond and heated swimming pool, plus a great view of the Gulf. The updated kitchen features granite counters and all stainless-steel appliances and is fully-appointed. The master suite has new furniture, a king bed and access to the screened lanai. The master bath has a walk-in shower with a seat and double shower heads for that spa-like feeling. The guest bedroom is newly carpeted and has twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. The guest bath has a walk-in shower. Other amenities include six-panel doors, stylish trim, ceiling fans in every room, central air, 3 flat-screen TVs, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers WiFi, bike rentals, gas grills, and laundry facilities, all in a lush newly relandscaped tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for a 5 or 6th person a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Each condo is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between guests. All linens and towels are washed and sanitized. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.

The staff was very welcoming! The condo and the garage were easy to get into! Everything was set up to make everything convenient. The condo was a perfect 2 bedroom with nice bathrooms. The master bath had two showerheads! The beach was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay!!

Great location

Great location and everyone is so friendly (staff, renters, locals). Came for spring break. Easy access to the beach and lots of room on the beaches. With the island still rebuilding, lots of traffic, but you can rent bikes onsite which is very convenient.

Sanibel vacation

1st visit to sanibel. Beautiful condo and resort, right on the beach 🏖. Great restaurants in sanibel and on our visit to captiva. Only glitch was a communication breakdown with the office and some maintenance workers in our unit without our knowledge, problem was rectified over the phone. Looking forward to going back soon.

Great beach access

Loved our stay. Comfy condo, on the second floor but appreciate the carts by the elevators to carry groceries. Only parking for one car and we didn’t notice restaurants in walking distance. It was clean and well stocked for cooking. Actually loved the lemon squeezer so much, bought one. We didn’t hear any neighbor noise and we did enjoy the pool.

Stayed for 6 nights over Christmas 2018. Wonderful condo unit on the beach. 2bed and 2bath. Fully equipped kitchen and screened in porch. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend. We LOVE Sanibel Island. :)

Serenity at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach

Love that this is right on the beach and it met all of our expectations. This unit is very clean, nicely decorated with just the right touches, comfortable living room, kitchen had all the things we needed. The grounds are nicely landscaped, and the heated pool is great. Lots of different kinds of birds at the beach, which is real low-key and laid-back (my kind of beach). Liked also how close this is to Ding Reserve and other sights. We didn't get a chance to use them but we liked that there are barbecues (charcoal, though looks like gas) on the grounds for communal use. Enjoyed a really relaxing weekend here. Will be back for sure!

Perfect place to relax

Such a beautiful condo. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location - close to restaurants and right on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were great. The pool was warm and relaxing. Morning walks on the beach allowed us to see crabs, clams, starfish, millions of shells and dolphins just off shore. The only problem we had was that we checked in late and found that the 2nd bedroom was made up as a king instead of the twins we needed and there was no bedding for the sofabed. They fixed it the next day once the office opened. But apparently they only automatically supply bedding for the sofabed if there are 5 people in your group so make sure you ask for it if you need it.

From the moment I walked in, the smell of a fresh / clean apartment made you feel in paradise. Everything you may need is provided. It was very convenient having your own garage with supplies for the beach. The beaches were beautiful. My family and I were truly able to disconnect and relax. We can't wait to come back.

I booked this property for a sisters’ getaway. There were going to be five of us on this trip and since it was my turn to plan the trip I was concerned about the space being too small. We were pleasantly surprised. The pictures really don't do it justice. There was more than enough room for all of us. It was clean and well-stocked. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for us. My only critique would be to update the beach chairs soon. All else was fine. The location forces you to relax whether you want to or not. We are busy working wives and mothers so relaxing exactly what we were looking to do. Being steps from the beach was a plus. Everything you need is a short walk or drive away. The ladies in the front office were very friendly and welcoming. Pinchers Crab Shack is amazing if you are looking to dine on fresh seafood. We went there twice before leaving. We would definitely book this property again.
