Update following Hurricane Ian: We are so very happy to welcome you back to Loggerhead Cay. This condo sustained minimal damages from the storm and all items & amenities INSIDE the unit have been repaired and/or replaced and it is ready for rentals.

Please note: OUTSIDE construction to the Loggerhead Cay complex and other condo units is still ongoing. On-site construction & work delays MAY be possible and are out of our control. Certain building amenities such as the elevators, tennis and more may not be functioning properly, timelines on some of these items is still unknown. There may also be noise associated with on-going construction. Working hours will typically be between 8am – 4pm during the weekdays.

Welcome to our island paradise at Loggerhead Cay #174! This gulf-side 4th floor condo boasts stunning Gulf of Mexico views with comfortable coastal updates and furnishings throughout. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa capable of sleeping up to 6 people and offers brand new plank tile flooring, updated kitchen & bathrooms, and a cozy lanai space to enjoy the spectacular views. This condo also allows for one dog (1 Dog, 25 lb. weight Limit. No exceptions), so pack your bags, bring the dog, and come enjoy this coastal paradise and all the treasures that Sanibel has to offer!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twins beds & 1 pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Pets Considered (1 Dog, 25 lb. weight Limit. No exceptions). This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
