Seashells unit 28

Sanibel Island is a true tropical paradise, and Seashells of Sanibel Condominiums make the perfect base for your island adventure. Located on West Gulf Drive, you’ll enjoy a short walk to deeded beach access and a host of on-site amenities including a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and barbecue grills.

Unit 28 is fully updated with chic coastal décor, wood floors throughout, and an open layout perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The spacious living room includes comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, while the dining area flows into a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom island, and plenty of space for gathering.

The primary suite offers a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with a shower-tub combination. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, flat screen TV, and easy access to a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. A screened lanai provides a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes.

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Please note that Seashells of Sanibel does not have elevators. All units are accessible only by stairs, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs, this unit is on the second floor.

Sanibel offers endless opportunities for fun—from world-class shelling, sailing, and fishing to golf and 23 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails.
