Excellent location, close to the beach. Bright clean and reasonably well appointed condo. Big negative was the constant construction going on in the adjacent building.While the listing indicated “construction” in the complex, it was noted that most of it was next door to thus unit. As such, we could not utilize our nice outdoor space from 8-4 mon-sat. We think should be more defined when advertising this unit.
