In this fully renovated farmhouse, over 300 years old and situated in a rural setting surrounded by nature, you can still experience a piece of authentic Austria.

The cozy bedroom, furnished with restored 19th-century pieces, offers a picturesque view of the Untersberg.

The kitchen-living room features a dishwasher, a pull-out couch in front of the TV, a radio, a CD player and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the view of the beautiful countryside from the table.

The apartment is equipped with electric underfloor and infrared heating and has a separate entrance.

Outside, you have exclusive use of a large sun terrace, a small garden with a lawn, garden furniture, lounge chairs, etc., as well as 2 parking spaces.

Enjoy the beautiful landscape with views of the mountains, flower-filled meadows and the scent of fresh hay.

Upon request, we’d be happy to open the house chapel for you for a moment of quiet reflection.

Take a walk to and around Seewaldsee, nestled in a beautiful nature reserve, or hike down into the valley to the mystical Georgenberg and on to Kuchl.
