Ruhig, sauber und schattig

Die Wohnung mit 2 Doppelbetten + Einzelbett befindet sich unten links mit separatem Eingang. Die Fenster gehen nur nach vorn, wo dann nach einer großen Wiese der Bach und die Straße sind. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet, das Bad ist großzügig mit ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten und vor allem vielen Handtuchstangen. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich um alles und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Frische Brötchen von einer ausgezeichneten Bäckerei können auf Wunsch früh angeliefert werden. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, wir haben die Tiefentalalm besucht und waren begeistert von der Natur und dem Essen.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich schön! Sie ist sauber, geräumig und alles ist da und sowie es im Internet beschrieben ist. Daneben hat man draussen viel Platz zum sitzen und die Kinder zum spielen. Weit weg von der Strasse. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Die Aussicht rundum das Haus ist wunderbar, man sitzt wirklich zwischen die Bergen. Es gibt viele schöne Wanderungen in der Gegend aber mit kleinen Kindern sind die Bergbahnen ideal. In 10 oder 15 Autominuten erreicht mann mehrere Bergbahnen oder Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. Brötchenservice gibt es an die Tür, super. Die Ruhe rundum dieses Haus hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Famileinunterkunft

Alle Jahre wieder eine Woche Skilaufen vor den Osterferien mit der ganzen Familie und manchmal auch mit Freunden. Das Online-Inserat hält, was es verspricht!!! Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr sauber und für Kochfans auch sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Freundliche Vermieter helfen bei jedem Problem, ob es um den Brötchenbestellservice geht, die dann jeden Morgen frisch angeliefert werden, oder den Skiverleih. Der Skibus bringt uns früher, die Kinder manchmal später ins Skigebiet. Wer mag kann fernsehen, aber das Kartenspiel in der Wohnküche ist geselliger! Unser Geheimtipp ist das Forellenstüberl - familiär, wenige Plätze in einer Stube, begrenzte Karte, aber eins A Fischgerichte frisch zubereitet, man muss reservieren! Unseren Freunden empfehlen wir die Wohnung gerne weiter, aber eine Woche vor Ostern geht gar nichts, denn dann sind wir da!!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausserdem ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Angaben über die Wohnung im Online-Inserat sind vollkommen korrekt. Der Vermieter hat alles immer sehr gut vorbereitet. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist hervorragend und sehr nett. Wir kommen jedes Jahr immer gerne wieder und können die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Mitten in den Ötztaler Alpen ist St. Leonhard ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für wunderschöne Bergtouren. Die ruhige Lage des Urlaubsdomizils, seine gepflegte und zweckmäßige Ausstattung sowie die warmherzige Aufnahme durch die Gastgeber machen den Aufenthalt zu einem nachhaltigen Urlaubserlebnis.

nagelneu und sehr freundlich

Anfang August waren wir zu sechst fuer vier Tage zu Gast. Das Haus ist leicht zu finden, liegt abseits der Strasse am Rand der winzigen Siedlung Unterrain im Pitztal mitten in der Wiese. Man wohnt im Untergeschoss des Hauses. Da die Vermieter im Obergeschoss ihre Terrasse nach hinten haben, ist man ungestoert, wenn man draussen vor der Wohnung oder neben dem Haus in der Wiese sitzt. Die Beschreibung trifft exakt zu. Einzige Einschraenkung ist, dass die Ausklappcouch im Wohnzimmer fuer zwei Erwachsene sehr eng ist. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden, jedoch Geschirrspueler. Im Bad ist keine zweite Toilette. Den Grill durften wir uns ausleihen. Selbst die Holzkohle wurde gestellt. Broetchenservice sehr angenehm. Leider hat man ab Unterrain noch keinen Blick ins Talende. Man kann Wanderungen entlang des Baches jedoch direkt am Haus beginnen. Zu Bergtouren empfiehlt sich die Anfahrt mit dem Auto. Kleine Geschaefte mit sehr beschraenkter Produktpalette sind wenige Kilometer entfernt. Groessere Auswahl gibt es nur im Taleingang.
