Located in a building with lift, it offers a comfortable and functional stay for those seeking relaxation and proximity to the city centre. The saltwater pool located on the roof terrace is the ideal place to cool off and enjoy the good weather. Its dimensions are 5.5x3 metres with a depth of 1.25 metres. In addition, there is an outdoor bath for added comfort and hammocks in which to relax in the sun.







The interior consists of a bright living-dining room with Smart TV, central air conditioning and underfloor heating, which create a comfortable atmosphere at any time of year. Two guests can relax on the sofa bed. The kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with the necessary utensils for your stay. The other two guests will rest in the bedroom with a double bed. In addition, a bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your child, we can provide you with a cot and high chair.

The flat is located 400 metres from the centre of Sanlúcar, a jewel of the Costa de la Luz famous for its gastronomy, beaches and history. The Andalusian town, known for its Manzanilla vineyards and beautiful sunsets, offers a charming historic centre. Also not to be missed is Doñana, one of Spain's most important nature reserves. If you prefer, its golden beaches, such as La Calzada and Las Piletas, are ideal for relaxing.

The swimming pool is open daily from 1 May to 30 October, with hours from 11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 22:00.Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed, and holding events is forbidden.Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is until 10:00.Young groups and parties are not allowed.Guests will receive an email 7 days before arrival with details about the mandatory deposit.
