The apartment is on the fourth floor in an elegant residence with gatehouse, private underground parking area. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a small area equipped with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV LCD HD 32', air-conditioning.
The terrace overlooking the sea and you can enjoy a beautiful stunning sea view while you eat.
The apartment is about 50-80 meters from the beach and about 200m from supermarket.
The famous Promenade Imperatrice begins there and leads to the city center, with boutiques and the Ariston Theatre, passing from the Casino. The apartment is also close to a nice playground, perfect for children.
You are also very near to the cycle track long almost 20 km entirely on the coast side. (on the cycle track there is the possibility to rent bikes)

Wonderful view and a nice appaertment

We had a nice week of holidays and were satisfied with the stay. Some small thinks could be renovated for future stay including a better equipped kitchen. But it was alright, no problems with check in and organisation. Thanks

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Der Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Die Stadt ist groß und schön. Die Tiefgarage war vorteilhaft und gut zugänglich. Die Wohnung war von dort aus gut zu erreichen. irrreführende Falschangaben - eigentlich nicht empfehlenswert

.... der Pool als Ausstattungsmerkmal +der Meerblick waren für mich die Gründe für die Buchung ... Leider stimmen Beschreibung und Reallität nicht überein. - angefangen mit der Objektgbeschreibung auf italienisch ... sorry, ich spreche englisch, französisch und deutsch. Also warum bekomme ich von jemandem, der an Touristen aus Deutschland vermietet keine Beschreibung in der Weltsprache englisch ? ... ok das hätte ioch noch verkraftet aber: - Der Pool (=angegebenes Ausstattungsmerkmal) gehört nicht zu der Anlage sondern zu einem Hotel auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Nutzung ist nur möglich, wenn man dort ein Frühstük zu sich nimmt o. Ähnliches... ergo kommen zusätzliche nicht genannte Kosten auf einen zu (ca. 10-20 Euro tägl. Das muß man in der Beschreibung angeben ... ich bin sehr verärgert, zumal ich mit leerem Magen schwimme und nicht nach dem Essen... Weitere Minuspunkte: - das kaum zu belüftende Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster - das viel zu kleine leicht angegimmelte Bad - die Terassentüren, die man nicht verschließem konnte - die nicht behindertengerechte Tiefgarage mit Rampe, aber dann mit unüberwindlicher Türschwelle - die viel zu schmalen Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage Der Preis ist demnach also absolut überzogen mindestens um 30%. Wirklich schön waren die Terasse mit Meerblick + die Küche... diesbezüglich kann man sich auf die Beschreibung verlassen ....

Schöne Lage, schlechter Zustand

Sehr schöne Lage des Objektes in direkter Nähe zum Strand und mit kurzem Fußweg in die Altstadt von Sanremo. Großer Balkon mit Meerblick, Stellplatz in gesicherter Tiefgarage. Hierfür können fünf Sterne vergeben werden. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ehemaligen Hotel und ist wirklich winzig. In einem drei mal dreieinhalb Meter großem Zimmer ist die Kochnische mit lediglich zwei Herdplatten, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Doppelbettsofa, Geschirrschrank, Anrichte und Esstisch untergebracht. Hier kann man sich wirklich kaum bewegen. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch sehr klein und im Prinzip ohne Fenster nach außen, da die ehemalige Loggia, zu des das Fenster geht, nach außen abgeschlossen wurde und ein Doppelstockbett dort hineingepfercht ist. Dadurch wird die Wohnung für bis zu sechs Personen angeboten. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten schon keinen Platz, zu sechst ist das unvorstellbar. Ausserdem sindWohnung und Mobiliar in einem schlechten Zustand. Alles wirkt sehr alt und abgenutzt, hier wurde seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr renoviert. Zu guter Letzt war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Der Kühlschrank war dreckig und im Waschbecken waren noch Haare, was schon ziemlich eklig war. Die Schränke waren innen staubig, weswegen wir erstmal grob über alles drübergeputzt haben. Fazit: Lage 5 Sterne, Wohnung 1 Stern ergibt die Bewertung mit drei Sternen.

"L''alloggio era pulito e in ordine. E'' risultato confortevole e provvisto delle comodità indicate nell''annuncio( lavastoviglie, lavatrice, TV LCD, posto auto). Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il terrazzo pranzabile vista mare e il panorama. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Vacanza molto piacevole."

"The appartment was perfect for what we wanted. It was clean, easily spacious enough for 2 adult and two children and has sleeping space for 2 more if needed. The balcony has a great sea view of the coast. There was no noise day or night that made the stay more relaxing. Secure underground garage with easy access to the building makes life easy if you have a car. You are less than 5 minutes from the nearest beach and about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of town. I will certainly be going back again whenever I visit my family. The owners were very friendly and easily reachable should you need them for anything."

"Ho passato una vacanza splendida, l''appartamento è comodo a tutto e le spiagge sono vicinissime (e sono anche molto belle) lo stabile è tranquillo e l''appartamento ha una bellissima vista. Nell''appartamento ho trovato tutto funzionante e mi sono innamorato della tv lcd appesa al muro. L''alloggio era pulitissimo ed il bagno in ottime condizioni. Da ringraziare i proprietari, molto gentili e cordiali, ci hanno subito indicato il supermercato più vicino, le spiagge, e tante altre informazioni utili. Dopo un''esperienza così positiva tornerò sicuramente a Sanremo anche il prossimo anno."
