VistaBlu Bussana - A holiday Home for family and Pets near Beach

For an unforgettable Ligurian experience, 5 minutes drive to the sea (3kms) you have chosen the right place. Situated in Bussana, with the majestical Bussana Vecchia directly in front of you. You will be rewarded with days, and nights, full of fun, enjoyment and relaxation with your family and friends.
VistaBlu Bussana is a few minutes walk to Bussana Vecchia, a short drive to sandy beaches and shops for your groceries, and there are many restaurants and Bars in the area.

There are 3 Bedrooms: two with Double Beds, and the main Bedroom has a Queen size bed. Each bedroom leads to an outside Terrace, with stunning views of the Sea, Hills and Bussana Vecchia. There is a large Bathroom. The fully-equiped Kitchen leads to dining on the Terrace outside.
Enjoy the breathtaking views from the large, comfortable Lounge and Dining room.
We chose the name "VistaBlu", because every room in the house has a view that can be enjoyed within, or from, the Terraces outside. “La Dolce Vita” is exactly what VistaBlu will offer you.

There is parking for 3 cars; the property is in a secluded cul-de-sac road. Access to the property is a separate entrance via the outside staircase. The upstairs part of the property is totally for your enjoyment.
You are welcome to stroll around and enjoy our many fruit trees and the Olive Grove, or just to lounge around in the sun sipping your favourite drink.
BBQ is available.

There is a bicycle hire available nearby to cycle along the famous Ligurian Riviera Bike path (la Pista Ciclabile) from Bussana Mare to Ospedaletti - passing a breathtaking view of Sanremo.

Nice Airport is the closest - just 1 hours drive away.

In order to comply with the Questura di Imperia (Polizia di Stato) I am required to provide the details of every guest that stays at VistaBlu Bussana, by law.
Details include Name, Address, Date of Birth and Residency of EVERY guest, not just the lead guest or the one who made the booking via Airbnb. Thank you.
