Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright and elegantly furnished living and dining room that opens directly onto a generous 17 m2 balcony, offering beautiful views and a relaxing outdoor setting complete with terrace furniture. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and features a private bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A second bathroom fitted with a shower and WC serves this bedroom and the remaining guests. The open kitchen also benefits from direct access to the balcony, creating a seamless connection between the interior living spaces and the outdoor area.
