INTERIOR DESIGN & COMFORT



Originally built in 1894, the castle has been thoughtfully renovated to serve as both a holiday retreat and a luxury event venue. Many original features — including fine woodwork and select period furniture — have been preserved, while interiors have been modernised for comfort and functionality.



Ten of the twelve bedrooms feature modern en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and many include private seating areas for reading, conversation, or quiet work.



Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, ensuring reliable connectivity for streaming, video calls, or live event coordination. Central heating keeps the interiors warm in cooler months, with the exception of the Music Hall.

CELEBRATIONS, GUEST CAPACITY & PROFESSIONAL USE

- Guest Capacity: The estate accommodates up to 20 overnight guests. Additional daytime visitors are welcome, with a maximum of 50 people in total (overnight + day guests). A supplement for daytime guests applies.

- Private Celebrations: Destination weddings, milestone birthdays, and other private events are welcome by prior written agreement. Event fees apply.

- Professional Use: For productions such as film, photography, or other professional events, additional costs may apply. Use must be agreed upon in writing prior to booking.

There is no through traffic and virtually no immediate neighbours, ensuring a secluded environment perfect for relaxation or focused gatherings.

The Town: Sant Hilari Sacalm - Just 3.5 kilometers from the estate, Sant Hilari Sacalm is a picturesque mountain town at 930 meters altitude, known as “the town of a hundred springs”. Its fresh mountain air, natural springs, and quiet charm make it an ideal local base.



The town features a historic center with traditional Catalan cafés, restaurants, artisan shops, a weekly market, and a wellness spa. A museum dedicated to the natural heritage of Les Guilleries adds a cultural touch to the experience. Though compact, the town has all necessary amenities, including a pharmacy, bakery, and small supermarket.



The Region: Les Guilleries and Girona Province - Nestled in the Les Guilleries mountains, the estate is surrounded by dense forests, hiking trails, and tranquil reservoirs like Sau and Susqueda. The region is known for its biodiversity, dramatic landscapes, and timeless villages.
