Villa Bouquet is a luxurious villa with beautiful sea view of the south coast of Formentera, in Es Cubells, 450m2 with big gardens in a 10.000m2 plot, perfect for a family and private holiday. The 16x5mt private pool is surrounded by a large terrace with deckchairs and parasols, a covered patio for dining outside.

The Villa is developed on two levels: on ground floor the living room with sofas, fireplace,TV and dining area with a beautiful wood table and chairs, it has a direct access to the terrace, there is also a modern equipped kitchen.
At this level we find two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds , the second one with a 120cm single bed, both has direct access to the terrace.
The Master room is on the first floor, it has double bed, en-suite bathroom with big tub, and private terrace,
On the first floor a lounge area in Moroccan with cushions and sofas for relaxing moments together.

Complete the property an external gym area, the BBQ and the parking.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights;
Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool
Pets not allowed
Pool has no swimming guard
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
Late check in is allowed at extra price 20:00–00:00 = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR to be paid cash upon arrival
Amount of security deposit : 5.000,00 EUR
Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Final Cleaning: €400 to pay upon arrival
