Charming country house with private pool just 12 minutes away from Sitges and 25 minutes from Barcelonaâs airport. Overlooking the Garraf valley and Mediterranean Sea, a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy the mountains and minutes away from the beach. The property features different leisure areas distributed in three levels, just perfect for large families to enjoy and relax all year round.
Entrance level - living area
At street level youâll get access to the one story house featuring the living/dinning area with breathtaking views of the hills, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and one bathroom. There is central A/C and heating throughout, reliable WiFi and window shutters.
Rooms: Two double rooms and two twin rooms.
The outdoor space
One flight down, youâll find an open barbecue area with outdoor dining conveniently shaded for the hot summer days. A second bathroom and laundry room complement this space.
Two flights down the living area youâll find the private pool with incomparable views to the woods. Surrounding the pool, a large wooden deck provides plenty of space for sunbathing.
We regret that TerravĂș is not suitable for wheelchair users.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
At least one guest responsible for booking and staying in the property must be over 21 years old.
The house rules are to be agreed and signed once your booking is accepted.
GUEST ACCESS:
Regular check-in hours: 16h - 21h.
Late check-in after 21h available upon request; extra charges may apply.
Check-out by 11h.
It is very important for us to know your arrival time and flight number in advance to avoid any delays at check-in.
We will welcome guests at the property for check-in and will be at your disposal at all times.

The following taxes and fees, not included in the total price, are to be paid at check-in:
Tourist tax: ⏠1,00 (âŹ2.00 from May 1, 2025) / Adult (+16yr) / night up to 7 nights.
*Long stays bookings (32 days or more): The consumption of utilities (electricity, water, wifi) is included in the rental price up to ⏠150 / month. If at the end of the contract the real consumption of the utility bills made on the property exceed this provision, the surplus will be collected from the deposit.
HOUSE RULES
Local laws require that all guests, adults and children, present their legal ID or passport before visiting Cataluña.
The maximum capacity on the property is 8 people at all times.
The house is located in a rural development. We expect guests to respect the quiet hours (23hr - 10hr) and act as if they were at home. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.
Pool hours: 8hr - 22hr. Please follow pool security recommendations at all times.
For your safety, we recommend that you lock the house and activate the alarm system. The host is not responsible for objects that may be lost in the property
Please leave the house clean and tidy before check-out, with no trash or left over food. Please wash the dishes and empty the recycling trash cans. Trash should be disposed off in the street trash bins.
SURROUNDINGS
TerravĂș is located in a quiet and safe residential area by the Garraf natural park.
The local restaurant Can Lloses is excellent and walking distance.
Several supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the area are only 5 minutes away by car in the beautiful town of Sant Pere de Ribes. Perfectly connected to Barcelona and Tarragona, Sant Pere de Ribes is well worth exploring given its indiano past and extraordinary
vineyards, which form part of the DO PenedĂšs.
Just 15 min away by car from Sitges, mediterranean coastal town known for its beach life, vibrant nightclubs and festival calendar. Itâs beautiful seafront promenade and compact historic centre are filled with chic boutiques, restaurants, galleries and museums.
GETTING AROUND
A car is highly recommended to visit TerravĂș. You can easily park your car on the street, it is free and secure.
A short drive to the beach (12 min) and Sitges (15 min).
Barcelona is 35 minutes by car, while the airport is only 25 minutes.
Tarragona and PortAventuraâs theme park are 40 minutes.
