The location and design are really what make this cheerful home pop. In Paradise Retreat's Casa Miramar, you’ll be perfectly situated near Montecito’s premier beaches and the luxurious Rosewood Miramar Resort all while nestled in a quaint neighborhood. With a short drive, you’ll be enjoying the beach and Coast Village Road that features fine dining and boutique shops.

Step inside Casa Miramar and revel in the polished renovations and decor. The open concept Living and Dining Rooms move into the Kitchen with highlighted gold finishes and a creative breakfast bar that opens to the back deck. All Bedrooms offer organic mattresses and luxury sheets, while the Primary Room also incorporates a separate deck complete with a bar, sitting area, and jacuzzi. The former garage is now a large Great Room fully furnished with an Xbox, ping pong, and other games. The beautifully landscaped backyard has a large deck, outdoor heaters, a shower to rinse off from the beach, a hammock, and a private creek bridge.

Montecito escape

The house is amazing. It stands up to everything that the photos are online. Driving over the creek and seeing the drawbridge, you know you’re headed to a magical spot. Tears were beautiful. Every amenity was available and the manager was extremely responsive. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Old and cold

I rarely leave reviews for properties but after staying in this home I had wished I had been told these few things. First, I have stayed in many fantastic properties listed on VRBO across various price points. And have enjoyed visiting montecito for a decade or more. Mainly always traveling with children. First off, this home photographs very well for the social media age. However it is extremely old. Records show it was purchased in 2020 and subsequently renovated. The renovation was light and superficial and the home is very weathered, both inside and out. One of the bedroom doors did not work and there was a visible gap in it where cold air was leaking in. After a rain, I spotted wet floorboards indicating lack of weather proofing on the exterior. Be wary of potential mold exposure when staying here. Given the age of the home, there is very little insulation. It was either freezing cold or extremely hot from the heater. No in between. Perhaps summer would have been a different experience but that would not have changed how little it felt the house and property had been maintained. The outdoor patio paint was all chipped, furniture old and worn down.

Mother Daughter weekend!

We just loved this home!! Beautiful inside and out!! Super soft comfortable sheets and sofas and pillows! Kitchen was stocked so incredibly well!! Loved the fireplace! We did yoga in the bonus room the garage!! Super peaceful and lots of nature!

Family Get Away

The house was charming and very comfortable for 3 couples. Great outdoor areas and decks. My only suggestion would be to turn up the heat in the hot tub. We would be like to visit again!

Great home for a beach stay

The property is exactly as photo show, and it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. About 5 minutes drive away from a wonderful beach in Monecito, and a very short drive away from the village center, the location is ideal. Property looks brand new, and all fittings were extremely comfortable and well appointed. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a short getaway up the coast!
