Located in the highly coveted historic Brinkerhoff district step back into time relax and enjoy in our landmark home. Graced with a covered street side porch this pedestrian friendly home offers a welcoming invitation to travelers. Upon entering our home you will be greeted with 10’ ceilings, a myriad of warm luminous sunlight that fills every room. Our home has been thoughtfully renewed with great attention to details. While respecting the historic roots of the home new modern conveniences have been introduced.
Our gourmet kitchen features Viking and subzero appliances, solid surface quartz countertops, ice maker, and is fully equipped with quality pans, pots, bakeware, bowls, serving dishes, cooking utensils, flatware and many more surprises for the cooking enthusiast. A coffee & Tea station that is equipped with a bean grinder, French press, cold brew carafe system, conventional coffeemaker, tea infuser as well as gourmet whole bean coffee and loose teas.
Our home offers on-site secure parking, has 2 bathrooms (no bath tubs), 3 private sunlit bedrooms with queen beds quality lines, warm soft blankets, two types of pillows (soft and firmer), feather duvets with throw blankets to insure a comfy stay. We also offer a queen soft bed for the unexpected guest. There is a professional washer and dryer and we include premium laundry soap, fabric softeners, dryer sheets, ironing board and iron and lint remover roll. The interior furnishings and color palette were professional designed by Restoration Hardware with comfort and transitional design elements.
The exterior space has layered landscape with magnolia, olive, and Australian bottle trees, strawberry fig, avocado, persimmon fruit trees are shared with our neighbors and hydrangea, boxwood, roses, and more help to finish off the historic landscape.

Michael was such an incredible host. From the second we walked into the property, we felt like it was a home away from home. Perfect for Wedding in Santa Barbara

The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was perfect for our short, 2 night stay in SB. Next time we come we plan to actually enjoy the home a bit more. Beds were comfy, filtered water throughout home along with easy to operate air/heating controls. Updated kitchen appliances, huge round dining table and a fully stocked kitchen and games to play. The homes offer 3 porches and its very own parking lot behind the house . We will rebook again!! Oh, the Host also sent us the history of home that dates back to 1906. Hubby mentioned that he felt right at home as well.

We loved this house! Top of the line everything! Fully stocked-coffee, tea, creamer, etc. Beds were wonderful. Walkable to so many fun things to do! Only bad thing was that we could only stay one night. We will definitely come back to this house

One of the best rental experiences I have ever had, and I have rented a lot of houses - half a dozen this year alone. Beautifully appointed home, great walkable location, super responsive owner. Absolutely perfect for our girls getaway. We felt completely pampered - more like a luxury hotel than a typical rental. Totally can’t wait to go back!

Viking fridge, dishwasher, oven, All-Clad everything, etc... Amazing historic retreat. Too many amenities to list so I'll just say... wow! Step out the door and fall into restaurants, clubs and very cool shops and a stones throw to an upscale mall. Kudos!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and sparkling clean. Beds were comfy, as was the living room furniture. We enjoyed the covered front porch even in the rain (rare for Santa Barbara!). The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with coffee and tea and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay!

We went to celebrate my birthday, 3 couples. The house was convenient to everything- shops, restaurants, beach. The house itself was immaculate and plenty of space for 6 adults. The communication with our host was excellent, he made everything very easy. If we make it back to Santa Barbara we will definitely stay here again.

Family wine tasting

This house was perfect for us. It was close to restaurants, shops and the beach as well as serving as a staging area for several wine tasting trips. The house is beautifully appointed impeccably cared for and extremely clean. Michael has provided everything that you will need for your trip whether it be in the kitchen with Viking appliances or the technology embedded throughout the house. I highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Fabulous Location in Santa Barbara

I was in for a wedding with and couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Close to everything but on a quiet block this bungalow is beautifully appointed and clean. Michael was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more . It made my weekends for sure. Can’t wait to be back !!

wonderful surprise!

My family and I spent the week between Christmas and new years at this wonderful house. What a surprising gem
 well equipped-everything high end and immaculate. We felt very very comfortable there. Michael checked in with me several times to make sure we didn’t need anything and if we had any special requests
 we really didn’t need a thing because everything was already in place. The house is located close to State street where we walked to Starbucks every morning and hung out at Joes cafe for several meals. Many thanks to the owner-we will definitely be back and highly recommend this wonderful home!!
