Staff were friendly and nice, but there was no keys for the first two days of the stay - and then on my last day there was a homeless guy in the laundry room who was v inappropriate and I heard him knocking at doors to 'hang out' with people after. This isn't the hotels fault - but perhaps better security would be good as I felt v unsafe travelling alone.

This hotel was the worst one I’ve ever stayed. No coffee on Saturday and no hot water for tea. The cleaning service was poor, when we asked for a second wash cloth the next day they were resistant.
