Summary:
Experience luxury and comfort in our newly renovated Santa Cruz home! (Permit: 231143) This spacious retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need and more. Relax in the backyard with a firepit, hot tub, outdoor shower, and BBQ. Best of all, the beach is just a couple minutes away! Perfect for families and friends seeking a coastal getaway.

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests
- 3 Bedrooms - Cal King, King, Queen, & Full sized beds (Queen + Full is a bunk bed). The primary bedroom & bunk room have standing desks and office chairs. Each bedroom has a tower fan.
- 2.5 bathrooms
- There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. This is a popular neighborhood due to it's proximity to the beach, so street parking can be hard to come by.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Backyard with hot tub, outdoor shower, fit pit & bbq

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS
- Two-Six Beach is just a short walk away. Please beware that this beach is tide dependent and can be dangerous during high tide. You can also check out Moran Lake Beach and Corcoran Beach!
-The driveway is tight and will best fit 2 small cars, larger vehicles will have to find nearby street parking!

Pleasure Point is a beloved coastal neighborhood. Known for its world-class surfing, laid-back ambiance, and breathtaking ocean views, it's a haven for beachgoers and water enthusiasts. The iconic surf breaks like "The Hook" attract surfers from around the world. This vibrant community boasts a unique blend of surf shops, cafes, and local boutiques. Stroll along East Cliff Drive, savor fresh seafood, or catch a mesmerizing sunset from the cliffs. With its bohemian spirit and proximity to the lively Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Pleasure Point offers a quintessential California beach experience.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Other Things to Note:
- Please note: The living room swing is for sitting only (not swinging), with a weight limit of 500 lbs, and children should be supervised at all times.
- This home is in a family-friendly neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing stay. Please keep in mind that the neighbor’s bedroom is just on the other side of the fence from the hot tub, so we ask that everyone respects their space by keeping noise low, especially during quiet hours. To maintain this serene environment, only registered guests are allowed on the property, and outdoor activities, including hot tub use, are limited to the hours between 8 AM and 9 PM. Thank you!
- Just a short walk away, you’ll find the beautiful Two-Six Beach! Please be aware that it’s tide-dependent and can be dangerous to access during high tide. For more beach adventures, be sure to check out nearby Moran Lake Beach and Corcoran Beach!
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

We stayed at this property for 5 days, upon arrival the house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was what stood out to us. The organization of every drawer, cupboard was refreshing. It allowed us to place and of the dishes or kitchen tools we used right back where we found them. I had one question but the rental team answered it promptly. Thank you for allowing us to have such a wonderful week.

Summer stay

The property is very nice and clean. Walked to the beach several times a day because it was so close. They had a wagon and beach toys to haul our stuff to and from the beach. Nice hot tub and outdoor shower to rinse off.
