The living space showcases Santa Fe charm with soaring wood-beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and a kiva-style fireplace (available October 15–April 15). A leather sectional provides plenty of space to relax, paired with a smart TV and local art touches. Natural light floods the space through large picture windows, offering views of the manicured xeriscaped courtyard.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen features a clean, functional layout with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. A dining table for four sits just off the kitchen, making it easy to gather with friends or family. Whether you’re cooking up green chile enchiladas or just reheating leftovers from La Choza, you’re covered.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
