Dating back to the early 1700s, this unique 5-bedroom, 4-bath home including main house & casita offers an unforgettable stay in one of Santa Fe`s most storied neighborhoods. Located in the heart of the Barrio de Analco, the oldest European-settled neighborhood in the US, this home is celebrated for its history & architecture. It has been carefully preserved to maintain its antique charm while seamlessly integrating modern comforts.

History: The Boyle House is a prime example of Santa Fe`s dedication to preservation. Deemed significant by the Historic Santa Fe Foundation, this home reflects its history with traditional elements like 4-foot thick adobe walls and original vigas dating as far back as the 1600s. Extensive renovations have honored its past, including restoring its uniquely shaped entry door and portal designed by renowned adobe builder Kate Chapman in 1914. Every detail, from the adobe architecture to the historical plaques, connects you to Santa Fe`s eras.

Living and Dining Areas: As you step inside, the authentic charm of Santa Fe architecture envelops you, highlighted by traditional kiva fireplaces and centuries-old hand-peeled vigas, adorned with split cedar rajas and hand-planed in the territorial style. Beamed ceilings, rustic interior steps, and a mix of brick, tile, and wood flooring add to the home`s distinctive character. The generous living spaces featuring abundant fireplaces, offer a warm, inviting setting perfect for cozy gatherings on cool, high desert nights.

The central dining area is perfect for shared meals and get-togethers. With ample seating both indoors and out, it`s an ideal spot for hosting dinners with friends or family, surrounded by the unique details that define the Boyle House.

Master Bedroom: This suite includes a luxurious king bed, window AC unit, and ensuite bathroom, offering a restful retreat with modern amenities and historical charm.

Bedroom 2: Features a king bed, window AC unit, and private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Features a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom.

Casita Bedrooms: The casita includes 2 bedrooms, both of which share a full bathroom, making it a perfect option for additional guests.

Bathrooms: With 4 bathrooms throughout the home, guests will enjoy well-maintained facilities that blend classic Santa Fe charm with modern functionality. Each bedroom in the main house has its own ensuite bathroom, while the casita bedrooms share a full bath.

Heating & Cooling: The home`s 3-4` adobe walls provide excellent insulation, maintaining comfortable temperatures year-round. There are window AC units in each bedroom for added comfort during warmer months.

Fireplaces: The Boyle House features indoor fireplaces, two of which are flame-operated and the others LED-candle-operated, providing cozy, relaxing spots for your entire group.

Wonderful stay! Ideal location to walk everywhere. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Kitchen is well stocked with top of the line equipment. They have done an excellent job taking a historic property and updating for modern living.Perfect for large groups. We will be back!

Highly recommend this house for larger groups that need multiple rooms. We rented for our extended family vacation, 10 people in total. Beautiful house, loved the history and uniqueness of it, as well as the location - close to so much that Santa Fe has to offer. Management was also excellent, communication was great and they also helped put away groceries that we had delivered prior to our arrival.

Fantastic place!

This home was a perfect place for our family vacation. House was clean, comfortable and met everyone’s needs.I can’t say enough about the location. We walked everywhere, avoiding the hassle of parking downtown. We would stay here again.
