I made a date change yesterday that was not honored due to a horse issue. I called and they refused to help me and I went through your website with a confirmation of the change of date to tonight. The front desk staff was rude. She was too busy doing her make up to work. Went I went in she rudely told me that check in was not until 3 pm ( seriously too into doing her make up that she did not even put her brush down and had highlighter marks on her nose, chin and below eyes). She continue applying her make up without looking at me Horrible experience

Location is great, but bathroom seemed last updated in the 80s and had random cracks and chips everywhere. The worst part was a domestic violence situation that was echoing throughout the motel between 10:00pm and 2:00 am that made sleep impossible. No attempt to call police seemed to have been made despite the situation seeming to be highly escalated and potentially violent…

No microwave or coffee maker in room. No lotion or tissue. Towels, sheets and pillows were rough. Room was dirty. The road is a main thoroughfare and very loud. It’s a Motel 6 and I’ve stayed at a lot throughout the country and I’d rate this one as below average for the price and amenities. Only good in a pinch

The room was great. The poor might manager had to work harder because maintenance left problems behind. An electrical box unmarked? Doors not working. I observed all this in his dealings with customers being served prior. I was upgraded due to a problem with my room which worked out well for me. Checked in later and up and gone fairly early.

We stayed in the downtown Motel 6, it was conveniently close to all the downtown sites, and the rooms had been updated and were clean. However, it was really barebones and a no frills room. Not even a coffee maker in the room, and the walls were very thin, we could hear the people next door talking and laughing loudly.
