This one bedroom historic apartment is set apart from all others as it is the only one of its kind right on the world-famous Santa Fe Plaza. Built in the late 1800s, this upstairs apartment is freshly remodeled and decorated with a reverence for Santa Fe's history.



LIVING AREA

A thorough collection of local art and artifacts that enhance the New Mexican atmosphere, a big picture window overlooks La Fonda and the Cathedral. The sofa converts into a queen-size sleeper for additional guests.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook any meal, and is adorned with hand-painted cabinets. The dining area seats four, and is adjacent to the living room.



BED AND BATH

The king size bedroom features a large skylight and an additional TV. The renovated bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower and a gorgeous modern glass bowl sink.

- This one-of-a-kind apartment is located right on the Plaza in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. The bells from Santa Fe’s famous Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi can be heard from the home, along with some street noise.

- This home is cooled by an evaporative cooler rather than traditional AC. These systems are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.

- The fireplace is decorative only and can not be used.

- This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.

- The outside of this home and the hallway of the building are monitored by security cameras.

Great accommodations within walking distance to everything downtown!

Loved the accommodations, very restful place. Easy walking distance to all of downtown Santa Fe. Location is right on a busy street, but during the daytime street noise is very acceptable. At night, street noise is very undesireable with cars & motorcycles treating a very quaint, narrow street as if it was a drag strip. So unfortunate - GREAT accommodations, not so sure we would return.

Darling little apartment in great location!

We had an awesome girls trip celebrating my daughter’s birthday and this super cute little apartment. The location was great just down the steps and you are right in the middle of all the action! Please note you are in the street so there will be a little traffic noice and church bells ringing. This did not bother us at all. We had everything we needed, apartment was adequately equipped. Only negative is the sleeper sofa mattress really does need to be replaced, the end sloped down pretty bad. All in all it was an awesome stay!

Well appointed apartment in the center of Santa Fe within walking distance of all the attractions. 1/2 block off Santa Fe Plaza. Very comfortable, great customer service. The only downside is a bit of evening and nighttime noise from old cars cruising downtown.

No Better Place to Stay in Santa Fe

You couldn’t be more downtown. The location is perfect for all activities. The parking arrangement is amazing and it was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Great kitchen to prepare meals and awesome living room to relax in. Very good communication and easy to manage.

Property was fantastic - the place was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Parking across the street in the garage was simple. It's true that there's some street noise from loud cars in the evening - during summer months if AC is needed, a white noise machine may be helpful.

Amazing Views, Plus Close to Everything

It’s hard to believe that a property like this can be so close to The Plaza and all the attractions, but feel like you are alone in the middle of nature. Every night during our stay, we lounged on the patio next to the fire pit with a pitcher of margaritas, and watched the sun go down below the mountains. Everything was 100% luxury, and the staff was great to work with.

Stairway to Comfort

Perfect location to explore the Santa Fe Plaza and nearby locations. The Two Casitas is extremely clean and inviting. Close attention has been given to the entire living arrangement: colors, lighting, furniture, and the art. Loved the cozy bed!!! The restaurant recommendations helped us select excellent dining experiences. We’ll definitely return.

Great location,

No drip coffee maker, toaster oven broken, both replaced the next day. Breaker trip while using stove, resolved in a hour by calling owner of Mgmt company. Trouble with cable, don’t like direct TV, Mgmt did best they could. Needs new living room chair a little broke down and uncomfortable for a 5 star rated place, couch was great. Love location and old world feel of area. Would put up with these minor issues to stay again.
