Privately positioned along a ridgeline overlooking Santa Fe’s high desert, this architecturally significant residence offers scale, privacy, and uninterrupted western views across the Jemez Mountains. Designed by an internationally recognized interior designer and published in Architectural Digest and Dwell, the home reflects a disciplined “organic modern” aesthetic rooted in landscape and light — refined, intentional, and deeply connected to its surroundings.



Entry is through a walled courtyard and substantial wooden door, revealing a formal foyer that opens into a grand living room anchored by a statement fireplace. Expansive glass walls frame the horizon and retract to connect seamlessly with an oversized terrace featuring its own wood-burning fireplace — designed for sophisticated indoor-outdoor entertaining at scale.



The formal dining room accommodates 8–10 guests with ease. Adjacent, the designer kitchen is both functional and architectural, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and appointed with a substantial island, dual ovens, three sinks, dedicated coffee station, oversized refrigeration, walk-in pantry, and separate bar with beverage refrigeration. The primary suite occupies its own private wing. A king canopy bed faces expansive desert views, complemented by a skycove window seat and fireplace. The spa bath includes dual vanities, walk-through closet, glass shower, and a freestanding soaking tub positioned to capture panoramic vistas. French doors provide direct terrace access.



The second bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, private balcony, and en-suite bath with oversized shower and dual sinks. The third bedroom offers a queen French iron bed with an adjacent bath and large glass shower. A long corridor separates the sleeping quarters, ensuring privacy for residents and guests alike.

Other Things to Note:

To keep the property beautiful and running smoothly during your stay, we have a couple of routine exterior services scheduled:



Trash & Recycling: Pickup happens bright and early on Monday/Tuesday morning. To make sure it's collected, we may need to roll the trash bin out to the curb on Sunday/Monday and return it to its spot on Monday/Tuesday.

(Note: This schedule is subject to change depending on holidays, as the City of Santa Fe Residential Services may adjust collection days because of holiday closures.)



Landscaping & Maintenance: Our gardening and maintenance team stops by periodically to tend to the grounds or perform necessary exterior repairs. Regular upkeep is super important to us because it keeps the native plants thriving, the grounds clear and inviting, and ensures the outdoor spaces stay picture-perfect for your stay!
