Ok stay, not great

The motel was bigger than I thought it would be. The Social was fun to hear music every night. Shuttle service was nice to go to the plaza. Room was not very clean. Lots of dust bunnies and food crumbs by bed from previous guests that weren’t vacuumed. Looked like a very quick paint job since there was dried paint all over everything, especially in the bathroom. The AC was extremely noisy as well as the plug in. If you need quiet rooms, probably not the best option. I am kinda glad the AC was loud because it drowned out the constant squealing noise from the plug in. Front desk workers weren’t great, especially the night shift guys. They were constantly on their phone. I asked a question, and they would just say they didn’t know so they could go back to their phone. They said they didn’t do morning shift, so they couldn’t help me. I bought some snacks and had to stand there for 5 mins just watching another guy text on his phone while he was “multitasking” putting my snacks in the computer so I could pay… Pool was ICE cold. Not heated at all and VERY tiny. I’d say about 5 people max could fit in the pool. I couldn’t even get in because it was too cold. Beds were not great. My husband with back problems could barely move after sleeping on the bed for 2 nights. Breakfast was good, but everything was sticky. The breakfast lady was also on her phone. Food needed to be restocked and she was hiding in the back on her phone.

Room wasn't very clean, residue and grime on bathroom counter. There was a 4inch sticky puddle on floor right in front of the fridge door and floors not swept properly. The AC didn't work very well, barely blew out air. The swimming pool is extremely small, especially with how many rooms are there. We were not able to utilize it as it was so packed. We also noticed that people from the apartments across the street were coming over to the pool as well. The parking is odd, as there were vehicles parked lengthwise in front of our motel room not in the standard pull-up in front of your room style. Therefore we had to squeeze between vehicles that were parked 3 ft in front of our door. Not sure how this hotel has such a high rating if the cleanliness of our room is their standard. Bed was comfy and water pressure was good.
