Room was less than satisfactory for cleanness. We had ants in our room and discovered a dead cockroach the next day which front desk blamed on ants. Staff were friendly and accommodated us by changing our room. Breakfast was included and was better than average. We discovered a $30 charge at the check out that was not clearly listed on Travelocity (shame of Travelocity for not stating that clearly). The best thing about this place is its location. It's a 15-minute walk to the historic Plaza.

The hotel was great. We had a pretty significant plumbing issue from the shower faucet the first night and there was a half inch of water on the floor in the bathroom and by the sink. Between Paula coming to check the issue, and a plumber coming, it was a short inconvenience. Thanks to Paula for all the hard work. The room was clean and the staff was great. We did have some dogs on the first floor next to us, which I guess aren’t the dog friendly rooms? The people left their dogs unattended and the dogs were howling and barking. We did call to the office. One of the staff opened the door and the dog ran out and almost was hit but another cleaning crew grabbed it before that happened thankfully. If people bring their dogs I am fine with it. I have one. But they need to be housed properly and safe for their experience, as well as your own. All in all great experience.

Room was quite dusty and I got no sleep due to allergy flare ups. I had a hard time breathing. Also, they were not supplying ice. Their ice machines were all down for winter and the sign said to go pick up ice in the lobby. Went to the lobby and was told they were not giving out any ice.

The room was clean. The continental breakfast was pretty good. When I went to check out I saw a $15 charge for “xclusive xperience” (spelled that way) and I asked the desk person what that is and he said, “it covers the breakfast and parking and amenities of the resort.” I looked around, and didn’t see a resort. We now have to pay for parking? And the “complimentary” continental breakfast I was told about wasn’t really complimentary…

DO NOT STAY HERE! -Sexual innuendo from front desk employee upon arrival and room assignment -Leftover condoms found in room -No heat/air in room, immediate room change -No HOT breakfast even though food was advertised as hot -Toilet stopped flushing on 2nd night. Front desk gave no solution as they did not have a plunger and maintenance was gone for the night. Asked again in the morning and was given run around. Housekeeping let us borrow a broken plunger that did not work. Called again and demanded a maintenance worker come immediately. Finally it was fixed -No mention of ice machines being out of use and that you must get ice from front office. We were on the back side of the property so not very convenient and the front desk staff only gave a small baggie of ice for TWO PEOPLE -Email prompts you to check out online but online checkout process doesn't work. Had to email for checkout because we had already left. -Paper thin walls and poor weatherstripping
