Unacceptable & disappointed
We go away as a group of six every year. This year there were so many issues it spoilt our time in Can Picafort - Villa number 3 Drain - horrific smell in downstairs bedroom Outside tiles - broken/ dangerous Sun bed - broken Two seater outdoor sofas & table - all cracked Outside seating area - poor condition, dirty and soaking wet on arrival, took two days to dry this out, but still had to cover it as it was so dirty & split first floor veranda - area is not clean and has not been cleaned for sometime Umbrella stand - broken and left to the side BBQ - dirty, couldn’t use this Found two wasps nests in the umbrella and then in the canopy - had to leave villa for one day due to wasps Pool - was dirty on one side on arrival Ironing board - badly damaged, this has obviously been previously burnt Iron - covered in melted ironing board Towels - most are in poor condition & some are threadbare Neighbour at number 4 - complained about our group of woman (50+) making too much noise. We were laughing at 8.30pm, having fun. He shouted again just before midnight, shining a light into our Villa threatening us with the police. Made us very uncomfortable and vulnerable. This was unnecessary & unfair, considering the local hotel had music blaring the next night until 11pm. All of this shared with host Elena, with photos. She was responsive while we were there & cleared wasps/drain. We have requested a partial refund for the issues raised but had no response as yet.

Perfect size
The house was well equipped to handle the 6 adults we had. Each room on the main floor had its own bathroom and access to the pool. The upstairs bedroom had access to the rooftop patio and separate bath as well. The house had all the amenities you would need including washing machine, extra linens, and bbq. The yard was perfect for enjoying the pool and having meals outdoors. The neighborhood was a great location with it being in town and close to the supermarket but quite too. We had a great stay.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung
Geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus mit tollem Außenbereich. Viele Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Haus in ruhiger Lage Entfernung Supermarkt ca. 200 Meter. Strand und Promenade gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zugang zum Haus einchecken problemlos möglich guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin Strandhandtücher und Sonnenschirme vorhanden Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten aus unserer Sicht für den Preis verbessert werden. Bettgestelle und Matratzen nicht besonders hochwertig. 1 Zimmer nicht nutzbar hat aus dem Abfluss gestunken im Bad und damit auch im Schlafzimmer. Überholungsbedürftig kaputte Duschkopfhalterung und wackelige Toiletten. Grill für 8 Personen ein Witz. Keine Grundausstattung in der Küche vorhanden (Gewürze, Öl, Essig, 1 Schüssel) Küche relativ klein

Can Picafort villa
A great villa in Can Picafort- we stayed with family at the villa and the place was amazingly beautiful. The pictures don’t do the reality justice (the place is even better in person!). The area is not so touristy (more of a quiet and residential location) but it’s still only a few minutes walk from the local beach, a major supermarket and various restaurants. I recommend hiring a car as there’s a lot to see and do but without a car can cost a lot on logistics with taxis etc. A great host - and super helpful. Highly recommend

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, es hat alles super geklappt und war unkompliziert. Schöne saubere Zimmer und große Terrasse mit Pool, wie auf den Bildern. Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. Alles war top.

Tolle Finka und unkomplizierte Vermieterin
Die Finka war wirklich wunderschön und sehr sauber. Einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt um die Ecke und zum Strand sind es ca. 6 Minuten Fußmarsch. Man hat in der Umgebung sehr viele Restaurants und auch eine Bushaltestelle. Wir selbst hatten für die Zeit einen Mietwagen, den wir direkt vor dem Haus geparkt haben (ohne Gebühr). Handtücher für den Pool als auch für das Badezimmer waren genügend vor Ort, das war super. Die Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert, was das Thema An- und Abreise angeht. Wir können die Finka auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage in einem eher ruhigen Quartier von Can Picafort. Strand ist in 8 Minuten Fussweg zu erreichen, ebenso die Restaurants. Hat alles was man braucht, kleiner aber feiner Pool. Passte perfekt

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit kurzem Weg zu Supermarkt und Bus
Wir waren mit unserem Sohn zu dritt in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus mit Pool. Das Haus selbst hat vier Schlafzimmer und vier Badezimmer und einen Pool 5x3m. Die Abwicklung mit Elena hat super geklappt, sie war jederzeit erreichbar, und spricht auch gut Deutsch. Bei der Anreise konnten wir schon früher ins Haus, der Hausschlüssel lag draußen in einem „Safe“. In der Umgebung gibt es zwei größere Hotels, und sonst überwiegend Ferienhäuser, die teilweise vermietet werden. Morgens und abends wurde es mal ein paar Tage durch Spanier, die redeten, etwas lauter, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Den Tag über selbst war es sehr ruhig. Von den Hotels hat man in der Regel nur ab und an mal abends Musik gehört, aber um 22:30 Uhr war dann auch Ruhe. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man braucht kein Auto, der Supermarkt Mercadona und die Bushaltestelle ist circa 100 m entfernt, bei der Heimfahrt sind wir sogar, da kein Taxi kam, mit dem Airport Bus A 32 zum Flughafen gefahren. Zum Strand läuft man circa 8-10 Minuten, wir sind aber auch öfters mit dem Bus ein paar Stationen gefahren, und an unseren „Stammstrand“ an der Playa de Muro gewesen. Es fahren viele Busse nach Alcudia, Port d‘ Alcudia, aber auch Inca, Palma usw. Bezahlt wird mit Kreditkarte, die man an das Lesegerät hält, je mehr Personen damit fahren, desto günstiger wird es. Auschecken nicht vergessen (nicht immer funktioniert das Lesegerät perfekt 😆) In der Nähe gibt es genügend Restaurants, und an der Strandpromenade von Can Picafort ist ein Restaurant nach dem anderen…wobei wir meist im Ort in einheimischen Restaurants gegessen haben (sehr zu empfehlen Restaurant „Aroma“, hier gibt es als Vorspeise sehr leckere Kroketten und Fisch aber auch Hamburger.) Der Besitzer ist super nett! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, modern und frisch renoviert. Hier noch ein paar Anmerkungen, die aber unser positives Urteil für dieses Ferienhaus nicht geschmälert haben: Die Handtücher sind teilweise etwas fleckig. In der Küche wären zusätzliche Kaffeelöffel (es gab nur vier Stück), ein Schneidebrett und ein paar mehr Schüsseln für Salat super! Da wir uns morgens gerne Eier machen, wäre eine neue Pfanne toll, denn bei den vorhandenen waren die Beschichtungen nicht mehr so gut. Zu guter letzt: da wir im Urlaub nicht nur essen gehen, sondern auch sehr gerne grillen, wäre ein neuer Grill toll.
