The lovely house, built in Majorcan style, is quietly located in an exclusive residential area of Can Picafort. Suitable for 6 adults and 2 small children. Pool, lawn, 6 chairs, BBQ, 3 terraces, outside lounge, satellite TV, WiFi, additional outdoor kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 children's room. Absolutely children's friendly; cots and chairs, even strollers and car seats available. Solid wimming pool fance available (installed on request). Great home, good location
House served our 2 families well (3 in each family, older teenager in each family). Good location - 10-15 mins walk to grocery store, 15-20 mins walk to beach/stores/attractions. Can Picafort is a tourist town. We did not rent a car while there but wish we had so that we could have explored other areas more easily w/o additional taxi fees. On-site host was helpful. House was clean, meal prep at the house well served by a good kitchen, nice to have laundry on-site. The pool was a nice respite from the sun and beach crowds. Need to pay cleaning costs (in addition to advertised fees) at time of arrival - unexpected but informed of after booking rental. Overall a good experience, would stay at this location again.

A fantastic Villa in a great location
Angelika and Heinz were extremely welcoming on arrival and gave us a guided tour - good fun as they spoke German and we didn't but that was all part of the holiday experience. The Villa is superb - very clean, everything in it that we needed and the pool area was perfect for our family of 6. The pool itself was cleaned three times whilst we were there for 11 days and, it is quite a sizable pool. There were some pool toys available and we just bought lilos for the girls - left them for the next visitors! Two spacious bedrooms upstairs and another sizeable double bedroom downstairs which was great for mum and dad - gave them a little bit of privacy. Kitchen has everything you need & The BBQ area was very good - we made use of that on a couple of occasions. The Villa is even better than the photos suggest. We all felt safe and secure in the location and its in generally a quiet area. It is about a 10 minute walk to a very large Eroski supermarket where we were able to buy pretty much everything you would need. 15 minutes stroll to a beautiful and clean sandy beach with a wonderfully blue sea where, you are able to wade out quite a while so very safe for the kids. There is a long promenade where you can walk to a harbour - we booked a 2 & 1/2 hour boat trip which was excellent and reasonably priced (£20 adults £13 kids). We found a number of excellent restaurants - the top three being Monaco, Vinicius & El Pinto - book a day in advance though. Kids enjoyed the 'Chocolate Bar' at night - Mocktails and music - they enjoyed seeing a Westlife Band & Michael Jackson - good clean holiday fun. It was 45 minutes in a taxi from the airport and very straightforward to get to. The six of us ranged in age from 13 to 70 and, we were all in agreement that we should provide a 5 star review. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr groß. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und auch spontan per Telefon erreichbar, falls man noch Fragen hat etc.

Es war sehr schön im Haus , jedoch bedarf es einiger Reparaturarbeiten. Beim Benutzen des Herdes müsste ein Helm bereit gestellt werden, da man sich an der Dunstabzugshaube jedesmal den Kopf verletzt

Wunderbarer Sommerurlaub
Wir waren dieses Jahr das 2te mal schon in der Traumvilla in Can Picafort. Würde es jedem empfehlen. Wir haben uns wieder total wohl gefühlt. Ganz tolle Betreuung durch den Besitzer des Hauses sowie vor Ort. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Wunderbar für unseren Familienurlaub
Zu unserer Reisezeit (17.7. - 26.7.23) war es sehr heiss und schwül. Umso mehr haben wir das schöne Ferienhaus mit seinen tollen schattigen Aussensitzplätzen und dem Pool genossen. Unternehmungen und Ausflüge haben wir in die Morgen- und Abendstunden geschoben. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort zahlreich und mit dem spanischen Supermarkt sind wir gut gefahren. Die Küche im Haus bietet alles um sich selbst zu versorgen und für die Familie zu kochen. Restaurants sind ebenfalls fussläufig und zahlreich vorhanden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und Joachim, der Hausverwalter, war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

„ Traumhaus „
Unsere Familie war schon mehrere Male in einem Ferienhaus auf Mallorca und konnten Erfahrungen sammeln. Das angebotene Traumhaus hat uns sehr enttäuscht da das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmte. Hier einige Beispiele an Mängeln: Ein von 2 Sonnenschirmen total defekt Fliegen Mückenschutz an den Fenstern defekt Keine Aussen und Poolbeleuchtung defekt Sicherungen fliegen bei Betätigung von Lichtschaltern Eisentorklinke defekt fällt immer ab Sonnenliegen sehr unbequem und alt nicht wie auf Homepage ersichtlich Tägliche Ameiseninvasion im Flur und Treppenhaus die wir bekämpfen mussten Keinerlei Poolpflege innert 2 Wochen grün bei unseren letzten Häuser alle 2 Tage kam der Poolreiniger Auf Homepage wird eine Aussenküche mit Grill gezeigt aber laut Hausordnung ist grillieren im Sommer verboten wie passt das zusammen. Dies sind nur einige Beispiele!

Okay aber es bräuchte eine Renovierung
Die Unterkunft ist wie im Inserat beschrieben aber die Sauberkeit lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Im Untergeschoss ist es muffig und teilweise sind die Dinge angerostet und so defekt, dass sich meine Tochter verletzt hat. Auch wenn die Vermieter nicht viel dafür können aber ein Teil vom Garten ist ein reines Katzenklo und so riecht es auch. Schade, man könnte mehr draus machen.
