Lovely airy property. Walkable to supermarkets at the beach (but about 20 mins to the main shops and restaurants area). Great pool - round the back away from the sitting area so maybe not as ideal for those with small kids but we had girls of 12 and 13 and it was perfect. A great stay and excellent hosts

Ich kann diese Finca nur jeden Empfehlen. Sie ist sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sogar kalte GetrĂ€nke gab es bei Ankunft im KĂŒhlschrank. In jedem Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt 2 BĂ€der mit Toilette in der Finca und eine Außendusche mit Toilette. Der Pool wird regelmĂ€ĂŸig von den EigentĂŒmer gereinigt und gepflegt. Zu Fuß ist man kurzer Zeit am Meer und die Restaurants sind auch alle fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. In der Straße direkt vor der Finca findet man immer einen Parkplatz.

Lovely stay

Lovely villa in a great location for us. It felt like a home rather than a rental property - Joan and Margalida are very welcoming and answered all our questions! Lovely pool, plenty of on street parking for a rental car.

Great family holiday!

We are a family of five and the villa suited us perfectly, the villa had everything we needed and more, really spacious and comfortable home. The villa was short distance to the beach and shops, also walking distance to Lidl. We hired a car for few days to explore the island but there are bus stops nearby to travel to nearby resorts. There is a great play area at the end of the road if you have little ones. Joan was extremely kind and helpful in providing details for us to organise a taxi for our airport transfer. Whilst on holiday Joan was contactable and nothing was too much trouble for him. We had a really enjoyable holiday and would love to return in the future!

Great villa with all that you need

This was a great holiday and the villa was a factor, it is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood, very nice private (really private and secluded) pool in the garden and true relax! The kitchen is very well equipped and A/C in available in most rooms. The outside area is very comfortable and accessible from the kitchen, which makes it easy to enjoy a Mojito in the evening. Mallorca is beautiful but a little bit overcrowded, so having a nice quiet villa to live is a great way to balance out your stay :)

Your villa is beautiful and in a perfect location.

The villa is much bigger than expected with a very nice large lounge and dinning table, with large open door patio area which is not pictured. Great pool with palm trees as shade. Perfectly situated in a upmarket residential area near lots of shops restaurants and a great beach. Great communication from enquiring to leaving the villa. Joan and Margarita made us feel extremely welcome and could not do enough for us. Enjoyed it so much I cried when we left. We will definitely be returning,
