This summerhouse not too far from the sea is fully equipped, counts with a terrace and is situated in Son Serra de Marina. It is prepared for up to 6 persons.
On a wide terrace with views to the neighborhood you can enjoy a relaxing glass of wine or a delicious BBQ. If one day you prefer to stay at home you can sunbathe on two of four sunbeds, cool yourself in the exterior shower or play a ping-pong with your family. The ping-pong table is located on the underground floor in a leisure room. The fenced plot has direct neighbors.

In a living room you can watch a satellite TV, read your favorite book or just listen to music. The dining room shares the same space with the living room. The kitchen with a vitro-ceramic plate is equipped with all necessary utensils. A laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

All 3 bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and a bidet. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. Beside an en-suite bathroom, there is another one with a bath tub on the ground floor and one with a shower on the underground floor. In the summer months three fans will make your stay more comfortable.

If you look for a accommodation near the beach and in a quiet location, this is a right one. Son Serra de Marina is a village in the north of the island where many Majorcans spend summer there. This place is not overcrowded neither by tourists nor by hotels. One or two beach bars, a supermarket and a pharmacy... This is all what this place offers, but you will be delighted with a virgin beach and a quietness. In Can Picafort which is 10 minutes away by car you will find supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. You can explore here a beautiful way along the coast from Son Serra de Marina to Colonia de Sant Pere. Son Real and Necropolis villages are famous for its ruins from Roman times.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter :) Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Ausreichend Kücheninventar, genügend Handtücher & sehr viel Zubehör für an den Strand. Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig und das Haus liegt ca. 800m zur nächsten Beachbar entfernt. Morgens ist man nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Bäcker entfernt. Noch ein wichtiger Hinweis: Die Bilder sind veraltet. Das Haus ist inzwischen viel moderner eingerichtet. Die Küche, Möbel sowie die Fenster wurden alle überholt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We had a great time in Son Serra de Marina. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and the house was extremely clean! Overall, the house is generously laid out and you have a lot of space. There was equipment for the beach that we could use and the most important thing was the cooler! The garden shower was also great when coming home after the beach. During the two weeks we had over 30°C most of the time and the fans were running at full blast since there was no air conditioning. But that was fine for us. We didn't use the huge lounge in the basement, because you had to walk around the house and in the evenings we only sat on the terrace in front of the house anyway because of the warm temperatures. We will be happy to come back.

La vivienda nos ha encantado, cuenta con todo tipo de detalles que te hacen sentir en casa (dos secadores de pelo, menaje de cocina, nevera para la playa, sombrilla, cafetera...) A cinco minutos hay un pequeño supermercado y la zona es muy tranquila. Lo recomendamos a todo el mundo. Lorenzo el propietario es muy amable. Repetiremos!!
