This summerhouse not too far from the sea is fully equipped, counts with a terrace and is situated in Son Serra de Marina. It is prepared for up to 6 persons.
On a wide terrace with views to the neighborhood you can enjoy a relaxing glass of wine or a delicious BBQ. If one day you prefer to stay at home you can sunbathe on two of four sunbeds, cool yourself in the exterior shower or play a ping-pong with your family. The ping-pong table is located on the underground floor in a leisure room. The fenced plot has direct neighbors.

In a living room you can watch a satellite TV, read your favorite book or just listen to music. The dining room shares the same space with the living room. The kitchen with a vitro-ceramic plate is equipped with all necessary utensils. A laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

All 3 bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and a bidet. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. Beside an en-suite bathroom, there is another one with a bath tub on the ground floor and one with a shower on the underground floor. In the summer months three fans will make your stay more comfortable.

You can explore here a beautiful way along the coast from Son Serra de Marina to Colonia de Sant Pere. Son Real and Necropolis villages are famous for its ruins from Roman times.
